Why paint at a studio, when you can host a party in your own home? All you have to do is invite your guests, and Paint on Over will do the rest!
Thank you for your interest in hosting a party with Paint on Over; featuring artist, Tami McClay, and assistant, Kimmy Clifford. As the host/hostess with the most/mostest, you paint for free! The cost for each guest to paint is $40. Each guest will take home his/her very own masterpiece to be treasured for countless years to come! All pertinent info for hosting your very own party is listed below:
***Our responsibility:
*Bringing all supplies: Acrylic paints, paint brushes, 16” x 20” canvases, tabletop easels, aprons, palettes, table-coverings, drop-cloths (floor-covering), etc.
*Folding tables & chairs can be requested at an additional fee.
*The painting session of the party will take between approximately 2hrs on average.
*We will need approximately 60 minutes prior to start of paint session for preparation and 60 minutes after paint session for clean-up. Of course, the overall duration of your party is totally up to you!
***Your responsibility:
*6 painter minimum (including yourself). Please let us know the final count at least 3 days prior to party.
*Collecting all money due.
*Supplying the location.
*Supplying the table & chairs (*unless otherwise requested).
*We will need access to running water and a sink.
*Any food/beverages in which you wish to serve at your party.
*Choosing the painting.
*Completing the waiver form. Submit to us at least two weeks prior to your requested date. We hope to be pARTying with you soon!!!
