Starting level 2 of my Watsu (water shiatsu) journey 🤩
And in true watsu fashion the weekend was filled with shared meals, stories, slowing down, expansion in so many ways, new juicy techniques, and of course lots of tears and laughs.
I have no idea where this journey will lead. Even if it doesn’t “lead” to anywhere specific….I definitely want more of this energy in my life ❤️
