When do your kids go back to school? Mine go after Labor Day but so many people I know have already sent their kids back to school, some as early as July! 🤯

This is such a fun read aloud. It’s very much in line with how kids tell stories, jumping from topic to another, coming up with new ideas in the middle of the story. This whole series is fantastic, check it out!

What is your child’s favorite sport?

For the last day of our sports week showcase, we wanted to share books for all different kinds of kids, at all different kinds of ages -- from fact guides, to sports-themed jokes, to Jack and Ella's soccer adventures, to the real-life tale of a Paralympic Gold Medalist!

✨Here’s why I love this set that was super instrumental in teaching Nina to read:

1️⃣ The Value!! 50 books for $1.40 a piece- kept in a sturdy box. (Except now they are .80 cents a piece!)😮

2️⃣ The stories!! They are fun and unique. Some are classics, but most we had never heard before. There’s much more to them than the Bob books.
Yet, they are not overwhelming.

3️⃣ Dual Readers!! The first 14 books are dual readers, meaning that the grown up reads the small print and the child reads the large print. This really allows the child to build confidence!🤩

4️⃣ The puzzles in the back of each book! These are fun and effective. They check comprehension and really enhance the whole experience.

5️⃣ Nina started to learn to read in English with this set while still learning to speak English. This set gave her a solid foundation for becoming a top reader in her class despite being bilingual. (Btw, same thing happened with her sister Zoe who also learned to read using this program)
