~How to Order an Item on the Page~
To order an item please comment under that particular item with your email address as well as the size of the item you are requesting. An invoice will be sent to you at your email via PayPal.
~Items available until~
Items available until all have been sold. If it is an item that you want that we are not selling at this time and we have sold in the past requests can be made and orders can be fulfilled with an approximate turnaround time of two weeks to receive your item. If by chance the item that you want has to be ordered from overseas that will take about 4 weeks to get the item shipped to you.
~Return policy~
Return policy: When returning or exchanging an item, we will not refund the original shipping charges, however we will gladly ship any exchange to you at no cost. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns and exchanges or your return will not be accepted. Please track your return package shipment as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit to Baby’s Dolls & Dudes Boutique. There is a 14 day return policy for all items. After the 14day period there will be no returns, or exchanges for the merchandise. Please be sure of the sizes that you need before you order. The date of receiving your item will be counted as day 1. The dates will be recorded, starting with the day it arrives at your house, so please send back as soon as possible if there is a problem with your item. If for any reason the product that you would like to be exchanged is not in stock at the time I will reorder it for you and send to you as soon as it arrives to me. Another option would be to exchange it for something else in the store. At any rate I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your purchase.
~Shipping and Handling Policy~
All items shipped out will have a small fee for shipping and handling charges.
~Turnaround & Shipping~
Local pick up time is estimated at no later than (14) business days. You
will receive an email, after the order is placed, letting you know the date the order will be ready. Shipping times on our website are estimated via USPS. Once a package leaves our business, we have no liability for its handling or delivery. All shipments include a USPS tracking number which may be tracked online or by calling USPS at 1-800-275-8777. You will receive an email with your
tracking number as soon as your order ships.
~Customs Fees?~
Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered? Any international order may incur a customs fee. The shipping step of the checkout process states that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. These fees are being charged by your government, not our site. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
~Wholesale Orders~
Wholesale orders will not be taken at this time. This boutique only sells a select number of each item. Novelty items are the only items that are made to order so they will be stocked according to customer needs and wants.
~Canceled Orders~
Should you cancel your order at any time while it is being processed, an in-store/online credit will be issued via a one-time use coupon code with may be redeemed at checkout on your next order. Refunds are not given in the original form of payment. Orders cannot be canceled once an order is shipped.
~Sizing~
Tutus and Tutu Dresses: Sizes are not exact and are based on 'best fit'. Apparel: Premade items used in the making of some of our products, such as cotton tee shirts, onesies, leg warmers, rompers, etc., are sized according to the actual size on the item. If you have any questions about the size of a product, please contact us prior to ordering.

matches cannot be guaranteed from dye lot to dye lot. All materials used in
