ICLA serves as an avenue to gather and develop the talents and skills of the youth leaders, and ultimately aims to create a unified body of change-makers and like-minded individuals determined to act upon their social responsibility.

ICLA aims to educate the youth in line with the direction of Iloilo City through the creation, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation of youth and youth-oriented training programs.

Sending much to my beloved Father, Doc Nick Baronda, my ever-supportive Sister, EA Love-Love Baronda, Mayor Jerry Treñas, LYDC, JCI Iloilo Ilang-Ilang, and Global Shapers Community Iloilo for making this free workshop possible.
