It’s pink pigs with curly tails today. Not sure what will be next but keep watching.

I thought that I would have a change from making Dorset buttons today. While I quite like this squishy octopus in Flutterby I don’t want to make another it was quite fiddly and the yarn was not very easy to sew with. I think I will try a no sew pattern next time and maybe glue the eyes on instead. You will have to wait and see.

Finished off May with a week's holiday in beautiful Snowdonia. Together with our family and their dog, we stayed in this lovely house it had a very large garden and stunning views of Moel Ddu. It's just a shame that the weatherman didn't get the memo for sunshine, although we did manage to put the cushions out to sit outside once. Maybe next time.

We had a lovely walk to our local park and nature reserve this morning, we walked around the lake in the centre and although it kept drizzling with rain it was enjoyable. I did quite a few more steps than I have done in a while. Must keep it up.

Good morning hope all is well with everyone it is sunny and very breezy here still at the moment after an extremely wild squally day yesterday with some very heavy downpours, even one of the parcel delivery drivers who is always in hurry waited in his van during one of them they were that bad. Hopefully we will be getting some warmer drier weather again soon and can once again enjoy some outdoor eating. Enjoy the day hope it stays sunny. 🌞

It was lovely and sunny yesterday so we visited a Craft Market that was being held in the courtyard at Lytes Cary Manor a NT property about 30 miles away. It was great to wander about without having to wear a jacket, chatting to crafters all very passionate about their crafts. It is on again today and then monthly throughout the year so if you are in the area do pop in for a visit there is plenty of parking and no charge for the market, normal NT charges apply to visit the Manor House. 🇬🇧
