Some background on the survey I posted on Thursday. Apparently CLRG is no longer investigating the 44 corrupt members AND is about to declare bankruptcy!
Irish dance teachers rally in hopes of 'saving' CLRG With the Irish dance organization CLRG facing a dire financial situation, teachers have come together this week to brainstorm solutions. Deirdre O'Mara in New York organized two Zoom meetings that drew much higher interest than she anticipated.

Dance friends are awesome!
Irish Dance Recital! The first act was a short "Charleston" audition, setting up the second act, "The Follies" where they did real Irish dance (as flapper-style as I could make it!).

Recital this weekend which will be live at the Rialto Theatre (recommended to buy tickets in advance) plus livestreamed. Scoil Rince dancers will be dancing twice and the theme is "Flapper." All I can say is that the tune "Music for a Found Harmonium" inspired some fancy Charleston-type Irish footwork! Hope to see you there..
