We're so excited to be releasing Tinika's first full EP and it really is all killer no filler!!

'Verve' is an exploration of club sounds rooted in afro-diasporic rhythms, primed to ignite explosive reactions on the dancefloor.

The EP includes grime/hard-drum hybrid 'AKWA,' 'SAVAGE' - blending techno textures with funky house energy, and 'ALTRO,' influenced by Amapiano, GQOM, and UK Funky.

FA #25 Just P x Sensei Lo

Ahead of our hit collaborative event in August we got some awesome gmixes from two DJs behind to showcase the sounds they push and what had us so excited to work with and .lo

Our final artist reveal is ...drumroll please... ourselves! 🥰

DJ, producer and bread lover started Funky Adjacent as a radio show just over 2 years ago, enlisting as a collaborator shortly after. We have since grown into a burgeoning label and event collective, with a string of well-received releases and successful parties under our belts.

We're gassed to be returning to the best part of London (SE!) to take part in , alongside some amazing DJs and local crews, including , , .lutsu, , .smiff, .dj and many, many more!

The SE Ldn community has massively contributed to our growth, so being part of local initiatives like this means a lot! We both attended the festival's first iteration last year, so we can't wait to come back as an official crew.

Hailing from Birmingham, has a versatile sound incorporating soulful and percussive sounds. became an instant fan hearing him play at the takeover at Battersea Power Plant, getting Jan on the show was a must! And it won't be the last time you see him playing with Funky Adjacent 👀

We're very excited to be working with the Untamed Frequencies crew (.lo and ) on a collaborative event, following their successful London launch party with back in May!

Originally a radio show, which grew into a series of parties thrown in Accra and Lagos, Untamed Frequencies has now transported its afro-electronic showcase to London. The brand focuses on spotlighting the best of African club music, fused with percussion from around the globe.

We've got a super fun venue and lineup locked in for this one - full details dropping next week!!! 💜
