MASTERY, MARKETING & MOMENTUM ON THE EDGE: LIVE IN SEATTLE 🪄✨
Change-makers educate and empower.
Feeling dizzy trying to keep with all these “must-try” AI tools? I come bearing good news:
You DON’T need to master every single one.
The bad news? There’s no “one size fits all” checklist though, either.
Instead you get to cherry-pick the AIs that make sense *for you* and over time you’ll create a toolkit that’s as unique your needs, your skills, your vision.
Ready to ditch the overwhelm and figure out how all this tech magic can help you actually get stuff done? Try these AI tools on for size:
🎙️ Descript – Edit podcasts and audio like a pro with zero fuss
📝 Canva Magic Write – Easily make words to go with your visuals
📚 Talk to Books – Go deeper than Google
📓 Notion AI – Keeps your ideas and projects organized
✉️ SaneBox – Turns inbox chaos into bliss
✏️ GrammarlyGO – Polished, powerful writing
🧠 Perplexity AI – Research that’s reliable
🎥 Fliki.ai – Snap your fingers and make quick, impactful social videos
AI isn’t just ChatGPT – it’s an entiiiiiire toolkit waiting to take your s**z to the next level.
Your mission (should you choose to accept) is to block out the noise, pick what calls to you, and make it work.
Stop stressing about “keeping up” with every shiny new thing. Instead: give yourself the freedom to experiment, to figure out what clicks with your flow.
Because building a business isn’t about ticking boxes or following someone else’s path.
It’s about blazing your own trail, using the tools that make you feel unstoppable. And that’s exactly what makes it thrilling.
We get to do this our way! 🙌
So, which ones are calling your name?
💖
Stop waiting for the algorithm to “figure you out” and start teaching it exactly who you are and where you belong. Here’s how to claim your space…
First, go ENGAGE like you mean it - and focus on these three groups:
1 👉 Your ideal audience (a.k.a. potential customers who NEED what you’re offering)
2 👉 Peers & alternatives (yes, engage with the competition – they’re actually *not* the enemy!)
3 👉 Industry icons (the big shots in your niche or specialty, celebs or authors, thought leaders etc)
Okay now you’ve got the hit list. The “who” we might say. But HOW to make the magic happen? It’s simple, but it’s gold.
Start by searching relevant hashtags, keywords, and accounts. Spend just 5-10 minutes a day intentionally scrolling – imagine you’re walking the floor of a trade show, eyeing the people, the brands, the vibe. Tapping those hearts, leaving comments or even just watching a video to the end is the equivalent of making virtual eye contact. So go to wink and nod at your fellow industry mavericks, you sexy thing you!
**That** is how you tell the algorithm exactly where you belong.
Feeling extra spicy? Bonus points for getting up close & personal with these two groups too:
⭐ Adjacent players – think suppliers, journalists, influencers (if they talk about your world, they’re your people too)
⭐ Other accounts your audience loves (this is where it pays to learn what’s lighting your people up OUTSIDE of your niche - so you can go frolic in the same playgrounds!)
And to be clear - yes - this is me giving you permission to forget the “post consistently” and “share your story” advice JUST FOR A SEC – because the easiest power move to start with is this one:
Teach the algorithm who your people are, and watch it bring them to you.
Be warned: This isn’t just mindless scrolling – it’s strategic engagement. And trust me, it aaaaaalways pays off! 🎯
Criticism is a sign you’re breaking barriers. Keep going.
📈📊 Stop wasted spend. Invest in a marketing audit so you can put your budget where it performs best and your ROI is highest! 🔮🪄✨
Change makers don’t wait for permission to rewrite the rules—they challenge the status quo and set new standards for what’s possible.

Feel like there’s never enough time to tackle your endless to-do list? Let’s take a moment to clear the mental clutter that digital overload brings.
Here’s some ‘evergreen’ tasks that you can do while waiting for the bus (or waiting for Zoom to finish updating or whatever other annoying little wait times you find in your day!)… these are perfect for creating that *much-needed* space in your mind:
📱 Delete old apps you never use
💬 Send a quick text to check in with a friend
🧘♀️ Take a moment to stretch or practice deep breathing
💼 Scan and label recent expense receipts
📊 Update one of your social media bios
🖼️ Delete old photos or duplicates from your camera roll
📂 Sort or rename recent docs on your computer or cloud drive into folders
WHAT YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW:
Bookmark this list and set a notification in your phone come back to it whenever you want to feel lighter and more organized or whenever you find yourself with a small gap of time you could make use of ⏱️🌱
Remember - Clearing out the small stuff creates room for clarity and focus, one little task at a time!
To break boundaries, you must first dare to cross them ⛓️💥
🌊🛶 Drowning in tasks?
AI assistance + automated workflows = your liferaft
When you're ready to float above the competition, ask me how!
Tired of mi$sp3ll!ng words to fly under the radar? Here’s a few alternative techniques that I’ve found to work well for "borderline" accounts and restricted niches:
- emphasise your intent in bio (ie education)
- verify your identify and contact details
- build a track record of quality content (avoid more risky posts if your account is still new!)
- avoid spammy looking behaviour (ie f4f)
- regularly engage in similar niche content to signal your “bucket” to algorithm
- expect content to be flagged and be prepared to appeal (have scripts ready)
- have backup admins on your pages
- consider having backup accounts too “just in case”
- build an email list even if just for peace of mind
- have a legit looking website and/or get featured in mainstream media
- indicate your legitimacy in other ways ie certificates on wall, logo uniform, referencing your qualifications etc
Put simply (or oversimplified) = focus on stacking your profile and content with green flags where possible so the occasional red flag is less of an issue! 🚩

THE VISIBILITY YOU CAN LEVERAGE TODAY IS ⭐REVOLUTIONARY⭐
Brand shoot BTS with and in the Beatles Suite at 📸👑
I recommended these tools when I spoke at the Ride The AI Wave Summit and I think you deserve access to them too! AI is sooooo much more than ChatGPT - which one these are you keen to try?
Don’t waste another minute trying to “pick a path” or “focus on one thing at a time” or (heaven forbid) “pace yourself” or try to “BE CONSISTENT” (ew!) - That advice is for neurotypicals - and I’m neuro-FANTASTIC (thank you very much!) as are most of my clients and students.
If you’ve ever stayed up all night because you’re too darn excited to stop working, or smashed out 3 days worth of work in 3 hours (then proceeded to take 7 months to do something that ended up taking 7 minutes), or you’ve jumped from one shiny project to the next so fast it gave your team whiplash - you know what I’m talking about!
The trouble with typical business mentors and online programs is they often ask you to be someone you’re not. You might start off well, but the number of half-finished digital products in your Google Drive tells me that getting to the finish line is often harder than you think.
It’s not because you don’t want it enough. And it’s not because your “morning routine” is falling short.
It’s because your brain works differently. You are a CREATIVE. You’re an imaginer, a sprinter, a feeler, a maker. You are someone who drives change, solves problems, inspires others and who walks a line most others won’t.
You have MAGIC within you and to be frank I am tired of seeing it go under-utilized.
You don’t need to work on your will-power or self-discipline. (Though if you want to, even better!) Most importantly, you need to change your environment to suit YOU - not the other way round.
That’s why I’ve cleared my calender, booked Seattle’s best over-water hotel for a *whole week* and am inviting you to join me and my team there to GET S**T DONE!
Need to get clear on your business plan and hone in on your offer?
Done.
Need to upgrade your marketing strategy and connect all those disparate dots?
Done.
Need to download your brain and empower your team to take the reigns?
Done.
I’ve worked with enough multi-passionate, boundary-pushing people like you to know what you need (and what you don’t!) And as luck would have it, I also have an extensive background in systems engineering and digital automation which means I can be the bridge that makes your vision a REALITY.
That’s what lead me to create MOTE, a luxury “work and play” business retreat - where I plan to help you make magic in as little as five days, in a place positively vibrating with creative rebellious energy (from the likes of Led Zeppelin, Ray Charles, Nirvana, The Beatles, Diana Ross & The Supremes and more!)
What is MOTE?
Mastery On The Edge - get your offer / product / brand / value ladder / messaging down pat in one day
Marketing On The Edge - get your social media, sales copy, video content and marketing strategy set in one day.
Momentum On The Edge - get your systems, frameworks, SOPs, automations and AI tools working wonders in (you guessed it!) one day!
MOTE is where whispers turn to roars.
We meet at The Edgewater Hotel this October, where I’ve booked The Beatles Suite along with a bunch of gorgeous conference rooms and where I will be bringing my army of AI Coworkers with me ready to help you get more done in 5 days than you typically do in 5 weeks (or maybe even 5 months!).
Will you be there?

You're not just selling a product/service; you're advocating for change.
So you created a social account for your new business idea. Now what?!
Go ENGAGE with content from the following 3 categories:
👉 your ideal audience (ie customers)
👉 your peers (optionally incl competitors)
👉 industry leaders (celebrities, idols, household names)
Bonus points:
⭐ adjacent accounts like your industries top suppliers/providers or maybe journalists or authors who write about your niche
⭐ other accounts that are popular among your ideal audience
That’s who. Here’s what 👇
Seek these creators out by searching keywords and hashtags. Do this for 5-10 mins a day (think of it as the equivalent of wandering round an expo or tradeshow and making eye contact with other people interested in the same booths as you or nodding awkwardly at the vendors spruiking their wares if they appear to be from the same or similar niche/industry/fandom as you.
In other words, before you worry about "posting consistently" or "telling your story" or any other content creation advice you need to spend time teaching the algorithm WHO YOU BELONG WITH! In the industry we call this strategic scrolling and/or intentional engagement - and in my experience it *always* always pays off! 🎯
