- Where possible, avoid using free email addresses provided by domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
- Use a paid email address (sometimes provided by an employer) and may be associated with a company domain (e.g., [email protected]). These accounts are more secure
- If you must use a free email address, enable Two Factor authentication (2FA) on the email account on that platform.

A bank representative will never contact you via text, email or phone to inform you that you must:
• Download a remote desktop application

Here's a reminder that CIBC Caribbean's ATM withdrawal limit is J$100,000 per day.

As of October 1, 2024, the Multilink daily withdrawal limit will also be adjusted to J$100,000.

Please note that point-of-sale transactions will not be affected by this adjustment.

Here's to empowering our community!
CIBC Caribbean joins in celebrating the first cohort of participants in the Housekeeping Training programme who recently graduated from the Bethel Baptist Church’s Skills Training Centre.
The nine participants from the Half-Way Tree community and its environs were upskilled over a 6-week period in housekeeping standards with the requisite practical training. They can now use their skills to seek employment as entry level workers such as housekeepers and food service workers.
CIBC has been a part of this journey with Bethel Baptist from the start through our Adopt-a-Cause programme. We were recognised during the graduation ceremony for the support given in retrofitting the building into a training centre. Aiding the efforts were our staff volunteers who cleaned, painted and set up the training rooms with the bank giving financial support for furniture.
CIBC will continue to support projects aimed at empowering communities across Jamaica through our Adopt-a-Cause programme.
