THEN WHERE DOES INTERSTELLAR FOUNDATION GET ITS FUNDING ? Great question and kind of a long answer to it . So please read its entirety to fully understand the funding process and get the true nature as to why I have decided to do things this way.

First and foremost I would like to thank a very very special woman that came into my life in November 2018. Without her inspiration and giving me the drive I needed to push forward Interstellar Foundation (IF) would not exist today. For privacy reasons I shall not make her name public. But You know who you are and I would like to thank you for crossing paths with me and making Interstellar Foundation a reality . Because of you so many people on this planet shall be helped in ways you can never imagine . The world owes you its gratitude in making everything possible. From the simple kind acts that you showed to just listing and understanding without criticizing , being judgmental or questing the facts presented to you. I found a beauty like nothing I have known and built and based the entire foundation upon that beauty in my perception of your image . Over a 15 year period instead of chasing the dot com boom and online shopping I devoted and dedicated all my free time to developing a program waiting for the day we would be able to go beyond earth. Never in my wildest dreams would I believe or have my sight set on MARS the MOON has been my goal and to be able to go beyond that is just truly amazing .

At the very start and founding of Interstellar Aerospace it was thought and evaluated that the corporation should turn just around 70 million dollars per year. Now a year and half later with over 32 high value partners and setting on some of the hottest technologies for the aerospace industry along with the civilian transformed technologies, Interstellar Aerospace has been able to position itself at the top of several multi-Trillion Dollar sectors . Those sectors now include the following , consumer product testing development and design, Advanced communications both interstellar and planet side, Department of Defense contracting, Department of Energy, Environmental Protection and Development, Logistics both planet side and interstellar, Aerospace , Mining both planet side and interstellar, Artificial Intelligence, Education, Interstellar Engineering development and testing, Interstellar Banking, Interstellar resource acquiring and management service, Energy, Robotics and many more not listed. 17 technologies that can be converted to useful and productive technologies covering hundreds of fields.

But instead of leasing rights or selling developed technologies for specific fields I have chosen to give the technology with a set criteria. 12.5% net profit to Interstellar and 12.5% net profit to Interstellar Foundation (a 100% tax write off) . A set guaranteed contribution to Interstellar Foundation for life of the project or 20 years which ever is greater (another 100% tax write off). Along with an 8 year consult and development fee expandable to 20 years. Along with both personal and business related perks that I deem fit in order to make the project manageable from my stand point. This means that any corporation wishing to obtain the technologies can obtain that technology at a fraction of the cost . And the corporation that seeks the technology will only be required to give up 12.5% of its profits a very small percentage. And the additional 12.5% that is donated to Interstellar Foundation is a fraction of the total over all amount that must be paid in taxes . Its a winning situation all the way around , as Interstellar makes money the company seeking use of the technology keeps more of its profit and Interstellar Foundation is funded allowing it to do what it is designed to do. Some times taking a little less makes better profits for everyone . Less greed brings better products and service along with cost to the consumer whom in the end is where we get paid.

Below is an example of just one set contract based on Interstellar Mining Platform . As of today Interstellar is awaiting final contracts to be updated and released and a Global Press Conference has been set up for August 2019 by the partnerships involved in the project. A specific time and date shall be posted just as soon as it is released to me and permissions are given to post publicly .

BASED OFF CURRENT CONTRACT THAT IM AWAITING FOR AT THIS MOMENT .

HE3 Mining (helium three mining) 1 metric ton of HE3 has a net market value of 4.45 billion dollars today(pricing from DOE on may 2019). The mining platform can mine a total of 26 tons of HE3 per year at max production. But to save wear and tear on mining equipment we will use only 20 metric tons of mined HE3 for this example due to that being that actual set plan as of right now. A minim of 13 million dollars per is guaranteed to the Foundation for 20 years plus an additional 3 million dollars in goods and services or credits are obtained every year for the foundation as well. I charge 50k per day on a three day week or 150k per week x 52 weeks for the next 8 years expandable to 20 years in consult fees that is how I personally get paid. Less than 20% of what I originally had planned for personal income for the project. But have made up for it in perks.

4.45Bx20T=89Bx12.5%=11.125e9 or 11.125 Therefore Interstellar will generate 11.125 billion in income per year, Interstellar Foundation shall receive 11.125 billion in donations per year plus 13 million guaranteed plus the 3 million in guaranteed products and or services or credits. ( Note the entire US Budget for Education is just at 18 billion dollars)That's every year mining takes place. And is based off of selling the raw material if one was to use the material in something like an energy program then you can expect that number to be between 15 and 50 times more valuable. Whereas after the first 5 consecutive years of mining the price for HE3 is expected to drop by 40% as the total demand for supply will be meet, this based of global statics and figures from the United Nations and other foreign governing bodies interested in the product. First expected payload in 2024.

And that is just income generated from a single product that Interstellar is involved with. The potential income generation for the corporation and Foundation is basically unlimited and only governed by how hard I wish to work the company. But due to the fact Interstellar is a 100% privately owned corporation and Foundation I'm not required nor obligated to push beyond what I am comfortable with.

WHAT IS INTERSTELLAR FOUNDATION ?

2. We bring the aerospace and space industry together with educational institutions and the public to offer STEM grants to build STEM class rooms at public schools. By teaming up with over 22 aerospace corporations in the US and 7 globally (IF) will have the ability and funding to set the bar on the future of education in the US by increasing the awareness and need for Science, Technology ,Engineering and Mathematics at an early age in the public school systems. By providing the needed funding to the public school systems and proper tools needed to peek the interest of our youth it is the belief that we (IF) shall help create a better future for Americas youth through opportunity and growth. True power and understanding is built through education; wisdom, success and humanity's future is based on Knowledge. To evolve we must Know and understand....

3. Public Educational Grants ; Every aspect of the Foundation pours education . And every single aspect of the parent corporation is designed to give back to the foundation more than it personally generates on its own income profit and loss. Making the foundation one of the most lucrative grant resources on the planet. At the start we shall be relying on our partnerships within the aerospace industry to supply funding for these grants , but as time goes on and projects are started the more funding is generated for the foundation thus allowing us to give more back to the public to help educate our youth.

4. Disaster Response ; This area of the foundation really hits home with me personally as I am a certified SAR first responder recognized by both FEMA and Homeland Security . Working disasters such as Hurricane Katrina and most recent Hurricane Michal in Florida where I spent over 100 Days helping service the communities in those areas devastated by the storm. What Interstellar Foundation (IF) brings to the table is far greater than just donating funds to rebuild disaster stricken areas. After being involved with and in some of the worst disasters I have seen aside from war , I have gained the insight needed to build a response program using all available technologies possessed by the parent corporation Interstellar Aerospace. From deploying high speed quad spiral laser bi directional burst data communications to graphene water purification to a driverless convoy transport line to mobile HE3 Micro core power generation, what ever technologies owned by the parent corporation Interstellar Aerospace shall be made available for use to help in the time of need. I Pledge not only my self but every non essential worker working for Interstellar Aerospace and all branches there of to dispatch trained and ready to serve the public in its time of need . Humanity's choice starts with life... Its not a moto its a promise to all the people we serve.

5. Community support and planning ; The foundation will be a major factor in Community growth. And will work side by side with the communities that support and embrace the parent companies technologies. Examples being bringing high speed 1 GB per second internet to rural communities using our Data platform. Building a fully redundant sub grid for power services such as electric and other utilities. Helping communities upgrade to the most advanced and energy efficient systems. Autonomous air medical transport (drone life flight systems) able to land in extremely remote and tight spaces. Disaster planning for natural disasters to include rebuilding programs to evacuation to personal property and asset protection services. Every thing I do or the foundation stands for is about evolving humanity to the next level . With out having to rely on the government to decide what's best for the people. Its our choice to be better to live better to protect our self our families not the governments.

3: Interstellar Advanced Educational Charter School Network (IAECSN)

What is (IAECSN) ? It is the future education institution for the world and interstellar education .Setting new standards bringing and merging the most advanced teaching system in the history of mankind. Utilizing the most advanced Artificial Intelligent network ever built, to help teach and support educators in the relentless task of educating our children.

What benefits does it offer over the standard public education system ?

A. The most advanced education for your child hands down.

B. The most secure and safest educational institution on the planet.

C. The opportunity for your child learn and be taught at your child's ability not based on set guidelines but actual intellect and ability of your child.

Freedom of choice , once the education program is finished with (IAECSN) your child will have the choice and funding to further their education at any single university with in the (IAECSN) network. Never settle for getting your education anywhere but where you want to get it from. Its your time , your energy , your life never settle for less than what you deserve when it comes to your education.

What is the cost ? I will be offering program free of charge to the public. All Interstellar employees will have preference then enrollment will be based on first come first serve. A lotto system may need to be implemented at the start of the program to insure that the system is fair and just to all Americans wishing to enroll their child into the educational program. Due to the length of the program and the nature of the curriculum and the curve learning of the AI the number of students will be limited to total class size determined by the Artificial Intelligence Network. The school is designed to grow based of the network meaning we can add more classroom space and teachers at any given point with out having to change the over all building structure. Its as simple as building the class room then join it to the main structure usually can be accomplished in under 100 days. You have to remember that the school design is based off and the same design we will be using for off planet colonization .Therefore its expandable to an infinite degree. From adding one to an unlimited number of class rooms only population can be the factor in the growth of the school system. And couple the fact that the entire structure is cat 7 plus certified meaning it will be the safest and most durable structure on the plant protecting your most valuable asset, your children...

How will Artificial Intelligence help my child learn ? AI is not replacing the teachers they are advanced aids the teachers still has control of the machine learning and still must evaluate the skills of the child but instead of a single test at any given point every child might be at a higher level of learning than the state Mandate so we end up with smarter better educated children in the end. The education in the US is horrible right now look at other countries they have advanced 7 times to our one , we must at least match those not fall behind. The major benefit of AI assisted teaching it does not matter the child it can learn the child has a speech problem and work it in to the assignment it can learn the disabilities of any child and instantly start using the needed teaching methods to ensure that child has the ability to learn the same exact things as any other student , yet it’s one teaching aid a learning and teaching aid to allow any child to successfully become educated, its a library, text book its the future . We say no child is left behind yet that is right but to do that we restrict the advancement of other students so we take an extraordinary child and make them become Less than their potential. Just because it takes child a 6 weeks to learn subject a does no mean child b should have to stop learning to wait on child a . We do not learn at the same pace yet we teach at the same pace and because we are not efficiently doing this we tend to over test our kids and fail to teach real life skills .. AI assisted teaching allows us to do More in Less time for less money and brings a higher education level for the student. The AI has to be able to Know the student just like a teacher if there is pause in an assignment it must know how to get the student back working instead of day dreaming, it needs to know you child just as the teacher knows your child with the exception the AI is unlimited knowledge it’s linked to every possible way to teach the child how to do the work and that is based off how the child reacts during the work given .

Why is AI the foundation core for the teaching and educational program offered ? Example a teacher goes to school to learn to teach everything is different depending where you graduate from and a teacher will usually not have more than 4 majors AI is unlimited it’s a doctorate in every aspect of teaching and with the ability to change to any style of teaching to ensure the student is proficient in the work he or she is assigned. It will be like have a collage professor doctorate teaching you child for K- 4 years college the same teacher and can teach any subject in any language . So if your child is advanced then the AI learned this and teaches more advanced work to the child once the basic learning is done.

Why is blockchain used for testing and grading of all assignments for my child ? Since (IAECSN) in the future will be teaching tens of millions of students all on individual levels and at various stages of each students education , and testing and test questions for each individual are created by the personal AI teaching the student it would be impossible physically to have and use answerer keys to grade assignments for each individual student. By using Blockchain the AI can create the test for the student and the answer key , the test is matched with the key and a series of steps through quantum computing shall take place and all the questions can be checked and verified hundreds of times to eliminate error and to train the AI of the missed questions so it can strengthen the curriculum and add the missed questions back into the teaching experience to ensure the student has fully learned and understood what is being taught . This is physically impossible to do with out using Blockchain. And do not forget this program is being developed for interstellar end overs and colonization it is a must have process and needed to ensure any education taken place off planet be able to have its data synchronized back to earth so the student can retain the same exact educational foot print and earth based education, and be recognized planet side in the event the student was to move back to earth.

Where are the first (IAECSN) schools going to be built ? For now I have applied with the State of Texas and the State of Florida but since I will also be working out of Kent Washington 3 days a week I have strong feelings and believe that Washington State will be the third state to be in the charter system. Eventually I have plans to be in all states. But I am limiting it to where I will be working out of at this time so that it is easer for me to manage the program. And at this time it is my understanding that I can only have a total of three (IAECSN) built in a given state and in operation for testing of the program. So that is my limiting factor right now. After the first year and testing is evaluated then we should be able to expand at the rate based on public need of the program.

Why is the school being built on the colonization platform ? Very simple explanation so that , testing of the structure and durability of materials and over all destruction and degrade of the structure from wear and tear and every day use. And the fact this generation students will be fully certified on the workings and have the over all knowledge and ability to take jobs in the future off planet based on their knowledge, training and control of the structure environment . Since we are using exacted controlled environments and identical structures we have the ability to fix any issues and or develop better structure durability before we ever place a unit off planet. And because the structure is designed to go off planet to start with makes it 100% CBREN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive) certified and ready for any environment planet side. Run and controlled by AI the entire platform or structure can be locked down air tight in under 1 minuet or less. Designed to lockdown hazard in first 4 seconds and do a follow through lockdown outwards of the problem. Due to no need for books paper or any other aspect where a weapon can be smuggled into the school this platform eliminates that possibility along with a closed circuit environmental control the AI can distinguish gun powders and 120 million other chemical compounds and lock down the areas to contain the problem. Each class room has its on power module and environmental control sector making each class room its own separate safe room. and due to its design it can be built under ground under water or strait up like a high-rise or any combination there of making the structure the most versatile platform to date.

Is it true that my child can have a 2 year associates degreed at the end of the program ? In reality with AI assisted teaching a very smart child could walk out of school with a 4 year bachelors degree . Now do not get me wrong in what was said not every single child will be able to walk away with a 4 year degree but computer models show at least 71% of the students shall in fact do just that . It really depends on the child and how big of a spark we can ignite with in that child to push themselves to do better to be better to be better than average. And that task is just not the responsibility of the teacher nor the AI it must be instilled within the home atmosphere as well and be nurtured and taught within the home as being a standard in life. Where as the same computer models show that 97% of all students should fall within or above the standard to receive a 2 year advanced studies or associate degree prior to the end of the education cycle.

And are those credits transferable to any secondary educational program out side the (IAECSN) educational program ? YES without a doubt at this time I am teamed with 11 major universities and expect all of them to fall in place and become supportive of the program . First the program we plan to offer is the most advanced teaching system ever devised to teach the mass public in human history. We own it cant be duplicated with out us either suing and getting the rights back. And second universities are also around to generate income and hire educators and they all want the best teachers or professors they can get for the dollar. Therefore it is in the interest that Interstellar Foundation Grants be given to universities within our network . With the exception of specialty education programs not offered. Once the system is proven and approved by the US Educational Standards then every single higher educational intuition will have no choice to embrace the program or risk students moving to universities that does support and back the program.
