I looked in the mirror and I saw exactly the way I felt... UNHEALTHY
I joined a gym so that I can take back what I had lost... CONTROL
I couldn't do it alone, so I asked a personal trainer for... HELP
I now can say that I feel LEANER... MEANER... and CLEANER!!!
