It’s called Roman Chamomile so does it come from the Romans?

Yes! Ancient Romans used the oil for courage during war. However, its most common use is in teas. Roman Chamomile can also be found in face creams, drinks, hair dyes, shampoos, and perfumes. Roman Chamomile is known for creating a soothing atmosphere when diffused.

What’s the difference between Peppermint and Japanese Peppermint?

Simply, It’s all about the TREES! Japanese Peppermint is Mentha arvensis and Peppermint is Mentha piperita. Japanese Peppermint is higher in menthol but lower in menthone. It’s native to temperate regions in Europe, western and central Asia, the Himalayas, Siberia, and North America. Peppermint is a hybrid of spearmint and watermint, which is indigenous to Europe and the Middle East.
