Well thats a grippy one! Start pose inspired by
A bit of handstand shape play. When in doubt handstand it out!πππ
Short session today. When did life get so busy??!!π€― Not perfect yet but yah know, on the plus side, having skin in my armpit is always a plus!π
Shoulder S wrap sequence inspired by/ stolen from .child
I built this sequence around an amazing interpretive floor sequence posted a few days ago. I love the triangle split on the end. Just so easy to get in and out of! I kinda feel like its the little black dress of aerials. It just goes w everything!π
Finally figured out this same side hook to tension lockπͺβ€ not super hard but tricky!! Had lots of fun playing with in conjunction w this little footlock split that seems to be making the roundsπ
So in love with this fancy way into leg key dropπ I could resist playing with and adding a few poses of my own!β€
Decided to play with sequencing this scorpion arm breaker pose and was happy to discover yet another way into S wrap π
On an uncorrelated note, I apologize for the super intimate crotch shot π. Feels like Instagram keeps changing their settings to crop in closer and closer... don't think they realize that a bit of distance can be a good thing!!! I'll have to adjust where I set up my camera....
Had a lot of fun with this one! First time I've practiced my beats in ages... that said the hardest part was taking the damned knot out when I was done! (The struggle was real!π€π)
Also, shoving my b***y through that tiny loop felt like mission impossible for a minute there!
Barely been training this past month and I gotta say it shows!ππ
This sequence is based on a straps combo by . I wanted to try it on silks but unfortunately my single hand grip is not that mighty!πͺ
I thought this wrap was a good compromise and it made everything much more achievable π
Playing with more gorgeous shapes
Had no clue what I wanted to work on today so decided to just string a few old tricks together and see where the sequence took me! Not bad for last minute choreo!!!ππͺπ
Saw do this gorgeous pose on hammock and couldn't resist translating it to silks!!!
Been working on this open roll up (not sure of the name!) That I saw post a couple of months ago.
Learning curves are steep when self teaching on Instagram!!π€―
1st try- I thought I must have given myself a bikini wax through my leggings it hurt so bad!
Solution: grip lower and more towards inner thigh (not bikini line!!!)
Tries 2-???- Felt like I was about to pull my shoulder/ chest muscle
Solution: again, grip lower (this time w top arm). I found that placing hand at approximately ni**le level before releasing feet works for me.
What I learned is that it doesn't hurt anywhere if hand placement is right. So hope this helps anyone inspired to learn!!ππ
So in love with this u lock sequence which I stole ENTIRELY from
Started intermittent fasting this week (for longevity not weight loss) and BOY do I notice a difference in my energy levels!! Hopefully they will even out soon as my body adjusts...
Until then heres a little combo inspired by .s.circus and
More gorgeous rope shapes on silks.πInspiredby .thiagoribeiro and
The hardest part of this sequence was the angle!!!π€― oh yeah, and my feet. Apparently Im not coordinated enough to flex 1 foot while keeping the other pointedπππ circus goals...
Ending poses inspired by (one of my personal favs)
Really enjoyed sequencing (YET ANOTHER!!!π) gorgeous shape by
Sooo many issies with this app lately!!!!π€ Positive is I was actually able to post today. Negative, STILL cant get reels to work! Either my app is still buggy or Im just old and out of touchπππ

Simple flow. I really enjoyed playing with this crotch sit to arm breaker split inspured by

Because who needs skin on their elbows???π Loving this floaty entrance inspired by
Straight jacket to reverse straight jacket!πͺπͺπͺ
This one definitely tested my grip! Having to film multiple times due to human error and numerous crotch shots didnt help!πππ
Well you know what they say... practice makes perfect!π
Not sure if I "invented" this split or if I (more likely) saw it somewhere and just forgot about it. Either way Im happy w this little flow of mine!π
I stole this entire sequence from
Love how these 2 moves just flow together!ππ
A copulation of many things. Inspired by and
What a pleasant surprise!!
I originally started playing with this roll into reverse straight jacket last fall and I COULD NOT get it for the life of me!! Was it my grip? Was my straddle too narrow???
Havent touched it for about 6 months and decided to give it another go... maybe its all the beat and roll up drills I've been doing. Who knows. But it happened 1st try!!πͺπͺπͺ
So nice to know my hard work is paying off!π₯³π€ΈββοΈ
Little sequence I frankensteined together. Inspired by .aerial and
