We are excited to welcome Joe Perritt to the GCCF Board!
Joe Perritt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with Blackbridge Financial. He was inspired by his mother, Jennifer, a retired financial advisor, to pursue a career as a wealth advisor. He saw the way she helped her clients and realized that he wanted to follow in her footsteps.
Joe specializes in serving professionals and small business owners. He is passionate about helping people and building relationships beyond clients’ financial endeavors. Joe does this through learning more about their stories and keeping up with their lives.
Joe grew up in Chapin, SC where he attended Chapin Elementary, Middle and High School, graduating in the spring of 2017. Joe graduated with honors in 2021 from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in finance. Joe married his wife, Katie, in 2022 and the two of them enjoy traveling and spending time with their family and friends.
We are excited to welcome Harry Cromer to the GCCF Board!
Harry and his wife, Whitney, have two children, Julia Collins (12) and Harrison (9). Originally from Newberry, Harry has lived in the Chapin community since 2012. He finished The Citadel in 2004 and then served as an infantry officer in the United States Army until starting his career with Edward Jones in 2008. Harry is an active member of the Chapin Community, serving as a member of the Chapin Chamber of Commerce, Chapin Methodist, F3 Chapin and other organizations as well as coaching youth athletics. When he is not working, he enjoys playing the guitar, working on his '65 Mustang, and being outdoors.
We are excited to welcome Christy Todd to the GCCF Board!
Christy has been married to Rusty for 28 years, and they have three children - Maggie (25), Banks (22), and Molly (18). As members of this community, we have the power to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors. By giving to local non profit organizations, we can ensure that our donations directly benefit those in need right here in our own backyard. Whether it’s supporting education, veterans, or social services, every dollar counts and can have a significant impact. So let’s come together and give generously to these organizations that do so much good for our community. Together, we can make a real difference!

We loved working with Lee Goble! Wishing you all the best. You will be missed.
It's a sad today, as we are saying goodbye to our Marketing & Communications Specialist, Lee Goble.
Lee has been CCCF's Marketing & Communications Specialist since 2019. This means Lee spearheads all of the Foundation's daily communication through various channels, such as social media platforms, the website and blog, our weekly/quarterly newsletters, and more. Lee is from Gaffney, SC and graduated with both his B.A. in English and Master of Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. Lee is also a member of the Board of Directors.
When he's not hard at work, Lee is most likely exploring the outdoors with his adorable dog, Toby! 🐶
As Lee takes on a new chapter in his life, we are reflecting on the amazing work he's accomplished while at the Foundation, we are so thankful for his dedication to CCCF. Thank you for serving with us, you will be greatly missed. 💙
Shouting congratulations from the rooftops to our very favorite teacher and board member Billie Jean Williams! A tireless leader in our community Billie gives her heart and soul to Chapin. We are grateful to have her time, talents and resources moving our organization forward and so proud of that she has accomplished!
News19 Teacher of the Week is Billie Williams We know our local teachers wear many hats. In fact, this week’s top educator spends most days and nights at school.
