I hear the sentence "I don't have time for mealprep" so often. People don't realize that mealprep actually saves the time! ⏰ It took me 10min to prepare the food and 25 min to bake it in the oven. Result: 6 meals. Do you still have an excuse? πŸ˜‰ "Failing to plan is planning to fail"

This picture is from 2 years ago when I was so happy that I was just holding the wall with one foot, and I thought this is it. I will never be able to get rid of the support in the scorpion posture. For me it doesn't have to be a pancake day, because I eat pancake every single day as a part of my diet 😊 Obviously not the traditional one, but using healthy ingredients can be really tasty, I mean look at those pancakes! 😍
Currently because of my very strict diet (very low carbs) I had to adjust the ingredients, but I still enjoy my pancakes, twice a day πŸ˜‹
