If you know you won't have time to work out after work/school, then wake up a little earlier in the morning, and do something good to your body. It will set you up for success and help you to make better food divisions throughout the day πͺπΌππΌ

I hear the sentence "I don't have time for mealprep" so often. People don't realize that mealprep actually saves the time! β° It took me 10min to prepare the food and 25 min to bake it in the oven. Result: 6 meals. Do you still have an excuse? π "Failing to plan is planning to fail"
This picture is from 2 years ago when I was so happy that I was just holding the wall with one foot, and I thought this is it. I will never be able to get rid of the support in the scorpion posture. Now 2 years later it feels so natural to hold it without any help. Amazing what the body is capable of, if you are working on your goals consistently πͺπΌπ€ΈπΌββοΈ

For me it doesn't have to be a pancake day, because I eat pancake every single day as a part of my diet π Obviously not the traditional one, but using healthy ingredients can be really tasty, I mean look at those pancakes! π
Currently because of my very strict diet (very low carbs) I had to adjust the ingredients, but I still enjoy my pancakes, twice a day π
