Me&Yu was established in 2003 by with the idea of creating clothes that have a unique personality, using our signature style of hand drawn illustrations that are well just a bit different from things that other labels do. We are artists who make clothes. We’re more than a little crazy and our designs seek to expand minds……..far-out man!!!. We like to question, to challenge and to create images tha
t are inspiring and thought provoking. We look at what has gone before, seeking inspiration from loads of different places from the sublime to the ridiculous. So whether we’re suddenly obsessed with animals, imaginary worlds, magical symbols or profound and inspiring quotes you’ll find that everything just sort of fits together in a weird and wonderful way. We’ll make you laugh, educate you a little and mess with your brain a lot but we’ll never be boring. All our designs are screen-printed by hand which creates subtle changes in texture and location – each one is like a work of art and has it’s own unique character. We use the best quality blanks tees because we wear everything ourselves so we want them to look good and we only use waterbased inks because we don’t like nasty chemicals in our air.
