1. Product
1.1 Prices shown are FIXED.
1.2 Color

2. Customer (Serious Buyer)
2.1 Only 'Serious' Buyer'. No cancellation will be entertained upon payment made.
2.2 Our sales are based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS
3. Reservation
3.1 Booking is not allowed to exceed a period of 24 hours. If payment has failed to do in 24 hours after booking, the item will consider as available item for sale.
4. Payment
4.1 After making the payment, please inform us via SMS / email immediately with proof of payment.
4.2 Customers must attach proof of payment after payment is made (COMPULSORY)
4.3 Any order that failed to provide proof of payment will not be entertained.
4.4 Event for Cash Deposits - cash deposit slip copies and reference number should be enclosed in
the email. Delivery
5.1 YourhijAb are using POSLAJU Malaysia service. Delivery may takes
from 1-3 working days to arrive.
5.2 POSLAJU tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the item are sent. TERMA & SYARAT

2. Pembeli (Serious Buyer)
2.1 Hanya 'Serious' Buyer’ sahaja. Tidak di benarkan cancel order setelah pembayaran di buat.

3. Tempahan (Booking)
3.1 Booking tidak di benarkan melebihi tempoh 24 jam. Sekiranya pembayaran gagal di buat dalam
tempoh 24 jam, produk akan dianggap sebagai produk sedia untuk dijual.
4. Pembayaran
4.1 Selepas membuat pembayaran, sila maklumkan pada kami melalui SMS/email dengan segera
beserta bukti pembayaran.
4.2 Pelanggan WAJIB mengemukakan bukti pembayaran selepas pembayaran di buat.
4.3 Sebarang order/ tempahan yang gagal memberikan bukti pembayaran tidak akan di layan.
4.4 Sekiranya pembayaran dibuat melalui Cash Deposit, copy slip cash deposit dan reference no
perlulah di sertakan melalui email. Penghantaran
5.1 YourhijAb menggunakan khidmat POSLAJU Malaysia. Penghantaran mungkin mengambil masa dari 1-3 hari bekerja untuk sampai.
5.2 Nombor Tracking POSLAJU akan di hantar melalui email dalam tempoh 24 jam selepas barang di
hantar.
