We all expect different outcomes from Keto.
But doing a Ketogenic diet for a long term or a prolonged period of time depends purely on your fitness goals.
Such small parameters are just an add on to better health and better living.
Yes youโll google and see articles which emphasise that Keto for more than 4-6 weeks is dangerous. But letโs take each article with a pinch of salt.
None of the studies directly indicate long term side affects of keto.
A few of them do which emphasise on such parameters which can easily be controlled by following a formulated ketogenic diet and not adapting to what generally is called โDirty Ketoโ
Dirty Keto is just a lazy way of doing Keto which is a dilemma.
Hence at Ketorets, I prefer pushing my clients to think long term and believe in themselves to gain confidence. This helps them in adapting to Keto for longer.

Paneer- 150 grams
Broccoli- 50 grams
Cauliflower- 50 grams
Red Bell Peppers- 30 grams

Mushrooms- 40 grams
Butter- 30 grams
Fresh Cream - 30 grams
Cheese- 30 grams
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Mixed herbs - 1/4 th tsp
Pepper - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Basil - garnish

Blanch vegetables and keep them aside.
Add butter to a hot pan.
Add cheese and fresh cream.
Mix it with a spatula. Mix it making an 8 on the pan.
Add herbs, oregano, salt and pepper.
Let the sauce come to a thick consistency.
Once the sauce is done, add blanched veggies and paneer cubes.
Garnish with basil.

Zucchini, peeled or spiraled and blanched- 250 grams
Olive oil- 20 ml
Cheese - 15 grams
Garlic- 4-6 cloves, chopped
Red pepper flakes- as garnish
Pepper- a pinch
Salt - to taste

Make zucchini into noodles, blanch for 30 seconds and keep it aside
Add olive oil to a pan. Add chopped garlic, sautรฉ it well. Add zoodles, toss them and add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Keto Arrabbiata Sauce
๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ด-
Tomato- 80 grams
Onion- 40 grams, roughly chopped
Garlic- 1-2 cloves, finely chopped
Olive oil- 15 ml
Italian Mixed Herbs- 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp
Oregano- 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste

Purรฉe tomato in a mixer.
Add oil on a hot pan, add onion and garlic.
Sautรฉ till golden brown. Add tomato purรฉe and mix it well. Lower the flame and add seasonings.
Toss sautรฉed zoodles in sauce for a minute. Grate cheese and serve.

Keto Paneer Paratha
Ingredients
Paneer โ 80 Grams โ Grated
Olive Oil โ 10 ml
Cheese โ Mozzarella โ 50 grams, Grated
Garlic โ 3-4 cloves
Green Chilli โ 1, finely chopped
Salt- to taste
Flaxseed Chapati Mix
Flax meal โ 1 tbsp
Almond Flour โ 2tbsp
Coconut Flour โ 2tbsp
Chia meal โ 1 tbsp
Husk / Isabgol โ ยฝ tbsp
Ajwain โ 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Warm water to knead the dough
Ghee - 10 ml to roast the Paratha
Preparation
Knead the dough for paratha and keep for about half an hour
Add oil to pan, add garlic, green chilli, grated paneer, salt and sautรฉ until paneer is cooked
Mix paneer with grated cheese well and make the filling
Make stuffed paratha roasting it with ghee from both sides

4. Add more magnesium to your daily regime - avocados, pumpkin seeds, kale, spinach
