A couple of days ago I had one of the most awesome days ever with my best friend, Mary. We spent over 3 hours practicing yoga together. We worked hard to try and attempt firefly together for the first time and we did so good! I am so proud of both of us! It was such a great feeling to attempt and almost achieve a goal that at one time seemed impossible. #yogaeverydamnday #yogapracticenotyogaperfect
