Here at Tactical we proudly sponsor our local grass roots team Burghfield Football Club who have been operating locally for the last 34 years and have grown to have over 650 members! Up the fielders!

Today involved two large jobs
Stump grinding 8 large conifer stumps followed by installation of a new fence with 6x6 lapped panels and wooden posts.
All achieved in one day by the team 💪

The team working through windy conditions today 💨 to complete the line marking of the entire car park at Chilton Village Halls - excellent effort 💪

Work continues to upgrade and improve the facilities at Burghfield CSA.

A huge thank you to Shane and the team at Tactical Facilities Management LTD for working late into the night to ensure the showers and kitchen in the pavilion were ready for use last month 👊

PCV Shunter-GSO

We are recruiting for a PCV Shunter (responsible for driving, parking and moving of buses) at our bus depots. The correct candidate will be flexible, reliable and honest with good communication skills. The correct candidate will be comfortable and confident in driving and parking of buses. The role will also have additional site duties in line with General Service Operative.

Appropriate and comprehensive training will be given. PCV license is required.

The working hours are 17:00-01:00 hrs, Monday to Friday with guaranteed hours of 37.5 hours per week for full time position.
The working hours are 17:00-22:00 hrs, Monday to Friday with guaranteed hours of 25 hours per week for part time position.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Movement of buses within the depot environment, including parking and reversing maneuvers
• Ensuring they are working in a healthy and safe way in compliance with both our client and internal Health and Safety
• Act responsibility and professionally at all times ensuring that you represent the Sasse Group in a respectful, courteous and professional manner
• Occasionally will be asked to assist with other bus depot duties (only as and when required)

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive can-do attitude
• Manual dexterity

We are recruiting for a Driving Service Operative (responsible for fuelling, cleaning and driving, parking, and moving of buses) at our Stoke Depot. The correct candidate will be flexible, reliable, and honest with good communication skills and will be responsible for shunting, fuelling, and cleaning buses. The correct candidate will be comfortable and confident in driving and parking of buses. Appropriate and comprehensive training will be given.
Job Role Responsibilities:
• Movement of buses within the depot environment, including parking and reversing manoeuvres
• Ensuring they are working in a healthy and safe way in compliance with both our client and internal Health and Safety
• Act responsibility and professionally at all times ensuring that you represent the Sasse Group in a respectful, courteous and professional manner
• Fuelling and cleaning buses to a high standard
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive can-do attitude
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to work to strict timelines and well under pressure
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and instructions
• Must hold a valid drivers license for at least 2 years.

Location: Stoke (ST3 5YY)

Mobile Station Deep Cleaner

We are recruiting for a Station Deep Clean operative. This is a mobile role for our rail station-based sites during evenings and nights. Must have a driver license and full comprehensive training will be given.

Responsibilities:

The correct candidate will be responsible for cleaning and ensuring appropriate standards. All duties to be conducted in line with company policy, procedure in a professional manner to ensure high quality services are delivered.
• Your daily duties will include professional standard deep cleaning of platforms, toilets, common areas, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, weeding & decontamination cleaning.
• Other services include washroom deep cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning and other associated technical cleaning tasks.
• Responsible for operating various types of floor care machinery including floor buffers, scrubbers, pressure washers and other manually operated equipment.
• Responsible for securing working area, using appropriate safety barricades, and removing when duties are completed, and area is safe for public use
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the client and companies H&S policies
• Ensure that equipment’s and vehicles are cleaned and emptied / refilled at the end of each shift ready for the next shift/team.
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills, the desired candidate will have fantastic communication skills
• The correct candidate will be flexible, reliable, and honest
• Previous floor care/carpet cleaning experience is ideal, but not essential
• Previous professional window cleaning/ reach and wash experience is ideal, but not essential
• Previous experience of deep cleaning in jet washing, washroom deep cleaning and high-level dusting is preferable but not essential
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team
• Sunday-Thursday nightshift
• Full driver’s license is essential
