So yesterday I posted an image of my skin that had two side-by-side pictures. One, a professional headshot from 2007, and the second one a selfie from 2019.

This is my skin this morning. Yes I’m older, and yes, my skin has changed, but when I tell you, I really believe that my Whipped Salve has protected the health and well-being of my epidermis, am not kidding!

Like many folks, I spent a great deal of time during the Pandemic imagining all the things I’d love to create, remarkable people to be around & amazing places to explore.

Everything I speak about in our groups and private sessions is not just fluffy, happy-speak.

It is real, practical, and actionable stuff. When the big changes happen, as they invariably do, how we respond to them is 1000% within our purview. Especially when you can see the changes coming on the horizon.

There is method in the madness, center in the storm, calm in the chaos. When we find ourselves in a place of stillness and curiosity, grounded in what is, and open to what is possible, we begin to discover that life is not random or chaotic at all.
We begin to have a perspective that rises us up from the binary, literal and linear, to allow ourselves to hold space with the multiplicity.

Being comfortable with relinquishing the idea of reductionist thinking, is crucial for the problem-solving and expansive wisdom that is currently available and deeply necessary for the evolution of the individual and the society that we share.

Where we are at any given moment is infinitely changeable, as long as we remain open to the possibility for changes that we cannot currently conceive.

If we seek to create that which we already understand, we will continue to perpetuate the chaos that we experience because that is the color of our awareness.

By stripping this away, and becoming comfortable with standing naked in the Void, we find a sense of self-mastery that illuminates a possibility heretofore unimaginable.
