Got all the Windows installed and flashed, Roofing going on next week and siding has been ordered!

It was a hot one, but the guys stuck it out to raise the ridge and get all the rafters set. Subfascia will be installed and roof sheathing tomorrow. Even had a chance to set up the grill for lunch!

Dry well and grading completed, onto Framing Monday! Have a great weekend Everyone

Damp-proofing was done, now we do our perimeter stone, filter fabric and backfill. Bringing in a tri-axle to remove the excess soil in preparation for our framing package being delivered Monday morning.

Cut the opening for access and was able to get the ratslab poured and cores filled. Got a coat of parging on in preparation for damp-proofing and backfill.

Block is all finished and we are moving onto grouting/anchor bolts. Also installing a drywell for water runoff and parging/damp proofing before backfill/grading. We should be framing soon!

A little rain didn’t stop us from getting some corners built. Gotta give it to the guys for hanging in there. Stay put for more progress pics as we make this dream a reality for our clients.

Footers are poured, stocking block and getting ready for the foundation walls.

After having an over 5’ tree stump and roots ground down, we dug for a new 400 sq foot master suite with Full bathroom. Huge thank you to Jake's Tree Service for coming out so quickly and allowing us to get this dug in only a few hours.

This master bath renovation is coming along. Tile is nearly complete and we well keep you updated with progress as we hit our milestones.

Had our final inspection on the kitchen today. Feels good to turn this one over to our clients. Thanks to All Bright Electric Service Inc joining us once again.

Just about finished with the addition in Williamstown,NJ. Just a small punch list and our clients will enjoy first floor living.

Much needed update for this Kitchen. Totally gutted to make way for New proper framing and full rewire. We will be installing a new kitchen for one of our new clients.

Removed some old beadboard wainscoting and added this shaker style wainscoting. In the final prep stages before the painters come in to finish this one off.

Installed lifeproof LVP flooring and Ditra mat.

Although it hurts me to tear all this 3/4” oak hardwood up, it was not able to stay due to height differences into other rooms. We are installing all new vinyl plank flooring on the first floor.
