Stupid Boy
Stupid Boy is a Twilight Inspired song. I think I just had just finished reading New Moon and I wanted to write about Bella possibly falling for Jacob. That need and want to be with Jacob all the time …yet still thinking about Edward. So many feelings and I feel the title fits perfectly with everything!
What I loved about this song when I first heard it was that intro. It just grabbed me and I still remember when I heard it the first time, i immediately started writing lyrics and putting the song together. It was instant inspiration!! I even recorded the song in Spanish and we did a remix! Shout out to for making sweet tunes!!
Black Heart
Oh Black Heart 🖤!!! Yes, this is another Twilight inspired song. The thing about inspired songs is that I connect with the story or situation so it’s easy to write about it with feeling! Maybe it’s my Venus in Scorpio…but I like to go dark in songwriting!
So, this is Leah’s song. Her feelings for Sam and how he could never lover her as he has imprinted on someone else. Yet, Leah still has feelings and has to see them and their love everyday all day.
Borderline
Borderline is a fun song…and essentially it’s a inspired song. You know that part where Edward drives Bella to Jacob’s, but he can’t go past the borderline? Yep! That’s what inspired it.

Forbidden Love
Forbidden Love was inspired by the series The Mortal Instruments - City of Bones by !!
This song was written from Jace’s point of view. One of my favorite lines mentioned in the book is “to love is to destroy, and that to be loved is to be the one destroyed”.
I incorporated that sentiment in the song with the lyric “it’s true love destroys”.
The song is dreamy and sort of sensual and I envisioned Jace sitting thinking all these thoughts and of course the reason why I was compelled to write this song was having that connection to the story line. Feeling that anguish of wanting to be with someone and knowing that you shouldn’t.

You Damaged This Soul
Where to start…ah yes…I was watching the season of Vampire Diaries where Damon is madly in love with Kathrine and is doing everything in his power to bring her back! But he slowly realizes she was using him and that she’s damaged his soul.
So, if you’re a fan of , give this song a listen…

Unhappy Ending
Unhappy Ending is a song that is totally a favorite. If I remember the story correctly, I described the sound I wanted to the fabulous . I had the lyrics written already and knew how I wanted this song to sound like. And he did it. When I heard it I was like, yes. This is my style!!
So, what’s it about?? Well, my fellow fans…this is Rosalie’s song. Based on the title of Chapter 7 of Eclipse. If you know the story, you know she tells her story that lead her to becoming a vampire…

Can’t Fight This Eclipse
I’ve shared Mermaid and Reverse Hearts - both those songs were on the Recurring Obsession album and now we’re moving to Twilight Obsession…In 2008, the world became obsessed with the Twilight Saga and so did I. There was something about that series that caught the attention of many! And what I noticed was the connection between the books/movies and music. There was a wave of artists trying to get their songs on the soundtrack. And yes, I was one of those artists. Nonetheless, I wrote Twilight Obsession (Unofficial Twilight Saga Soundtrack) produced by . A collection of songs that were inspired by the stories in the Twilight books.
Can’t Fight This Eclipse is one of those songs, so obviously named by the Eclipse book. All the inspired songs were written in a way that anybody can connect with them…as such that is why so many people loved the series. Who do you think the song is about??
