In case you're not following our new page, Nourished New York yet... we are offering a promotion on our nutrition services valid through the month September! We work with clients locally in New York and worldwide via Skype and email!

Another heads up in case you missed my previous posts.... Grass Fed Kitchen has moved to Nourished New York. I've recently been working on completing my certification to be a nutritional therapy practitioner and am opening up a nutrition practice!
My blog and recipes will stay the same but I'll be adding a lot more information about health and nutrition along with a list of services within the next couple of months. I'll be servicing the local New York City area along with distance clients (US residents) via skype!
grassfedkitchen.com will remain open as a mirror of the new site, nourishedny.com for the time being to make the transition a little bit easier–– but make sure to like Nourished New York so you don't miss out on anything!
