I stopped advertising on The Knot and Wedding Wire years ago because far too many of the leads don’t respond and waste my time. Offering premium service is costly, and I found that the majority of their website users are deal searchers. We still have a presence with a perfect 5.0 rating over the last 18 years. But paying the site for those leads no longer occurs, and we have been busier than ever!!! Glad to know I wasn’t crazy in recognizing their return wasn’t worth it. These allegations are scandalous but make sense.
The CEO has emailed out this “explanation”.
MLA Members,
