Groundbreaking Ceremony: April 9, 2024
Genesee County is proud to partner with Communities First in the creation of affordable housing in Flint and Flint Township. Today was the groundbreaking ceremony for the $25.1 million developments that will provide much-needed housing for local families. The developments, near Flushing and Ballenger Roads, include 74 mixed-income units, with 10 units being set aside for veterans who have experienced homelessness.
