Seed of Faith Wall Art Deco
From wood cut offs of the Balayong Tree, this was meticulously created by one of our artisans.
Marlon Castro started out cutting cartons to make boxes for our products.
He made use of his adept skills to cut wood and make them into
Furniture and functional products which his wife sells on line to augment their income from their jobs.
Here at our company, we encourage our employees to discover their entrepreneurial skills.
We help promote their products too.

MEET RENE!
20 years in service
Rene was one of the workers who experienced a high volume of production of Tumandok in the years 2003- to 2005. The pandemic came, production was reduced yet he never gave up, instead, he continued to work harder and pray that the company would succeed.
Raising two children and providing for their needs is challenging especially when the income seems inadequate for their necessities. However, Rene firmly believes that all the hardships and tiresome occupations are part of life. With God on his side, he knew he and his family would not hunger.
As part of his obedience to God, Rene is planning to marry his common-law spouse so they can live right before God.

MEET JOLLY!
17 years in service
This “Super Tito” is a jolly person as his name speaks, Jolly! He has been helping his nephews and nieces by sending them to school and finish a degree. Currently, he is supporting his nephew in Grade 12 and that motivates him to work harder.
Tumandok has helped him develop his attitude through daily prayer and values formation sessions. He came to a point of deep realization about his lifestyle and thirst for alcoholic drinks. Jolly said that bad habits lead to poverty. He believed in the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 that God wants us to prosper and not harm us, and that God has given us hope and a future.
So as Jolly is enjoying his work at Tumandok giving everyone so much fun and enthusiasm, he is also serving the local church in their community.
MEET RODGER!
11 years in service
From engaging in motor transportation services, Roger settled his career in Tumandok. And talking about his career, he is talking about his children who are now in college level.
What made Rodger satisfied in his work at Tumandok was that he was able to raise his children and prepare them to reach their dreams in life. Together with his wife, Daisy, who is also working in the same company, they work hand in hand for the welfare of their family and their children’s future. Aside from that, Rodger appreciated the benefits Tumandok had in store for them and the happy working environment that made their tasks easier. He also loves to participate in the bible study sessions that caused him to change his bad habits and vices.
As Tumandok embarks on its 27th year, we would like to introduce to you our artisans who made our journey more meaningful!
Meet NANAY MONICA!
24 years in service
As a bottle dishwasher, Monica was one of those who were laid off after the distillery she was working purchased a dishwashing machine to do the job. Without any skills in handicrafts, Monica courageously joined Tumandok. She was very eager to learn at that time and found interest in the craft. Who could imagine, she reached her 24 years of service already in this company!
According to Nanay Monica, she is enjoying a happy environment in this place. She is inlaying different materials under the Pasting section. She treats all her workmates as her children and in the same way, her workmates treat her as their second mother. But her journey is not all a happy moment. Her eldest son died after graduating from college. This caused her to grieve terribly and become angry with God. She asks a lot of questions about why these things have happened to her. She even rested for 2 months just to cope with that turmoil. That moment too, she found solace with her Tumandok family. She was counseled by the pastors and fueled daily with the Word of God as she went through the grieving process. She eventually understood God’s purpose in her life through that tragedy and was encouraged to move forward.
Nanay Monica said that she was able to know God through Tumandok. She holds closely her favorite verse from Joshua 24:15 which says, But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Nanay Monica is now in her 59th and she is looking forward to retiring from this company and will be enjoying her remaining years with her husband and grandchildren.
We're looking forward to sharing more stories with you of the amazing work that God is doing through our Tumandok artisans.

As Tumandok embarks on its 27th year, we would like to introduce to you our artisans who made our journey more meaningful!
Meet XAVIER!
10 years in service.
Xavier's journey to becoming an artist didn't follow a traditional path after he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts. Instead, he ventured through various industries – from food processing to distilleries - and even took on the role of a bouncer in a lively corner of Bacolod City. However, longing to escape the chaos and provide for his child, he sought a more stable and fulfilling career.
After a month of job hunting, he landed a position at Tumandok. Here, he discovered a sanctuary where his artistic talents could flourish. Starting with painting, his true passion, he soon branched out into other forms of expression. With each stroke, his love for the arts burned brighter, evident in every masterpiece he crafted.
Yet, Tumandok offered more than just a job; it became a haven for Xavier's soul. Once reserved, he found solace in prayer, experiencing moments of awe and connection with God. He had experienced moments where he felt God’s strong presence, bringing him to tears as he poured his heart out to God. With gratitude, Xavier testifies to the power of prayer, recounting moments of protection during his daily motorcycle rides, healing for his sick child, and the fulfillment of his artistic dreams through the opportunity Tumandok provided.
We're looking forward to sharing more stories with you of the amazing work that God is doing through our Tumandok artisans.

Tumandok Crafts Industries frames an appreciation to the people behind these wondeful work of art in celebration of the “National Arts Month”.
Have you ever wondered why our pieces are so beautiful?
It’s the heart that matters. It’s the story of these people backstage that converts trash into treasures— something that everyone would love to have.
Tumandok artisans have brought joy to people in any parts of the world years after years. We were amazed on how their artwork became part of that wonderful piece inside your mansion, in that small portion of your table and even in some luxurious hotels and restaurants.
As to many, these artisans are working hard for their families. Their passion and grit are their driving force in bringing their excellence into the next level. They are very keen to details and are very patient to creatively finish the intricacies of just a single piece that captures extraordinary designs and patterns.
Against the backdrop of poverty, there lies their resilience and resin-like-strength to soar above and beyond. Just like these artwork, it has gone through a lot of pressing, trimming and heating before it forms as a beautiful vase, a bag or a lampshade. Their story is far from ordinary—for God added more colors to it. Fueled by God’s words, the work of their hands become a masterpiece of our Greatest Artist, allowing people to see the evolving beauty out of nothingness.
Great is the Lord who is the source of these talents!
The beautiful crafts made by these artisans are an amazing gift to yourself and to someone else, but behind these all, they truly are the GIFT!
To Tumandok artisans, you deserve to be applauded! Kudos to your hardwork and for that extravagant love you put in this craft!
