I started Jo's Indian Box as a way to use my passion and learn some skills in marketing and sales. Unlike my day job, it was very rewarding to hear feedback about my hard work in person. It has about been two years since I started on this journey with lots of learnings. However, it has not been as fruitful as I had envisioned it to be. COVID did not help and neither the fact that there are so many more options in the market since my market assessment and delays in verification/certification.

I have 6 weeks to decide if I should pursue this baby of mine and it would help me make the right decision if you leave a review or place an order via my website.

Regardless, thank you so much for your feedback and support. I am forever grateful.

What is your favorite curry?
A hot one? A mild one? A sweet one? One without coconut? One without onion and garlic? A vegetarian one? A non vegetarian one?

Mine? Too hard to name just one. But at this moment, I am craving the meatball in coconut curry that my mom and Shusheela would make with yellow rice aka lightly spiced rice cooked with coconut milk and a touch of turmeric.😋

👉 What are you craving now? 💕
