Who's ready for another round of Mommy and Me exercise class? Class is 45 minutes of circuit training incorporating your child (4 and under) at the Pearl City Park Pavilion. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, snacks/toys for your little one, yourself and your kiddo! Classes are starting this Saturday August 5th and run every Saturday through August at 8am. We must have a minimum of 4 signed up. Cost is $35 for 4 weeks. Comment below to register for to reserve your spot! (Payment due at first class session)

Definitely true....I have been known to swap gym clothes depending on my mood and the time of day of my workout. Morning workouts get the, 'I literally wore this to bed and roled out to get here' and late night sessions demand the 'bad ass' attire because otherwise I would never have the energy to make it through the workout!

Stay positive in the process and keep moving forward. Change and progress will come! And when you are having a day that makes all of those things seem impossible, find someone that is doing all of those things. So grateful for my amazing client, Rachel Burkholder, who is crushing her goals and motivating me towards mine!
