The Freedom Festival made the difficult decision to cancel the balloon glow tomorrow. We are truly devastated to have to cancel our beloved Bohemian Betty Market.

We are so honored the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival asked us to do a flea market at Jones Park leading up to the Freedom Festival Balloon Glow. It will be the first market we’ve had since, you know, the C-word.
We’ve already got 30 amazing vendors signed up but there is still room for more! So if you’re interested in selling your vintage or handmade items with us, send us an email for an application.

Volta Youth Music & Art Festival 2024 is at the Freedom Festival Balloon Glow!!
Grab a Freedom Festival button and head over for a great day of our art kids selling their work AND the amazing Bohemian Betty Flea Market will be in the park, lots of food trucks will be there and rock out to Rock Academy kids on stage along with the talents of the Surf Zombies, ILL OMEN, Markut Fresh, and The Evan Stock Band! All happening right before the beautiful evening glow of the balloons Birdchild begins! Bring your chair and make a day (and night) out of it!

We are so excited!! The long anticipated return of the Bohemian Betty Flea Market is only 10 days away!! We have over 30 vendors that will be selling unique vintage and handmade items. Stick around and enjoy the music from the Volta youth and Birdchild and watch the hot airballoons light up as the sun goes down!

What: Bohemian Betty Flea Market at the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival Balloon Glow.

When: June 22nd. Set up 9am. Market opens at Noon. Close at 9pm. Pack up and load out at 10pm after the balloon glow.
Why: Because it’ll be awesome.
