Felt guilty on my no walk day, i only had 8700 steps from work, so i got some more steps after dinner! Definitely a big difference in heart rate walking after eating..

Keeping it in the zone! I dont know how accurate Fitbit is, but my weight loss has been consistent using its caloric output/input values! Down another 2 lbs since i started monitoring. Roughly 10lbs in 3 weeks since i stopped "daily" beers. 2 weeks since since i started counting calories 1 week since i started walking before work!

This weeks progress since i got my tracker. Current macros will shift protein prevalent. At the moment carb heavy, in the past i have responded better to carbs. It seems 45yrs vs 35 yrs old has made some changes.

It has been a long time!!! 10 years to be exact, everything i lost has all come back with an additional 50 lbs! The last journey i went from 250 to 215! This time 305 is the starting point, a scary number. 8months ago i started eating 3 meals a day. 5 months ago i quit smoking cigarettes.(gained 20 pounds) 3 weeks ago i stopped drinking alcohol 3-5 nights a week. (Lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks). 1 week ago I started walking every morning. I now sit around 295. Lets do this
