Latest case for a patient that was looking for a bit of help with his smile! The patient was given 2 quotes at other offices for full mouth rehab with crowns. He looked my way for a different approach, and we did just that.

The course agreed upon was 3 months of Invisalign Treatment to correct the supraeruption of the lower anterior teeth, which combined with extrusive movements, produced heavy destruction of the upper anterior incisal edges. The treatment with Invisalign helped produce adequate overjet and create some interincisal space between the upper & lower anterior teeth.

The rest was direct resin bonding using Estelite Omega (Tokuyama) with Dentin & Enamel shade layering.

Pretty cool results here 2 months post treatment bite check appointment. I like to follow the occlusion closely for a few months to ensure there are no interferences formed by recreating the incisal length. Patient was thrilled!
