Night Garden and NGHT GLLRY You are invited to a special Night Garden event at Carroll Hall: “Romanticizing Life” through the lens of Brooklyn photographer Daveed

NIGHT GARDEN meets NGHT GLLRY at beautiful Carroll Hall on Sept 5th from 6-9pm.

After a two year hiatus NGHT GLLRY art exhibit and talk returns for an evening with “Romanticizing Life” through the lens of Brooklyn photographer Daveed ( on IG) for a night of photography, music and conversation. C. also known as The Music Super curates a cinematic musical backdrop accompanying the work of Daveed in one of the most enchanting private garden and event spaces in Brooklyn. Exhibit opens at 6PM. Enjoy the art, mingle and meet our featured photog. At 8:15PM C. begins a candid chat with Daveed and offers the audience opportunity to freely engage with questions and thoughts in an encouraging community setting.

Please be sure to RSVP for this free event as it assists organizers prepare to offer the best experience possible. There is a bar with both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Drink tickets may be also be purchased online before event or in purpose during. Carroll Hall is wheelchair accessible.

In 2022, C. took his commitment to affordable art to the next level by spearheading the monthly event NGHT GLLRY in the vibrant neighborhood of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Recognizing the wealth of artistic talent within the local community, C. sought to create a platform that would not only showcase the diversity of artistic expression but also foster a sense of community among art lovers.

This Wednesday TK and C will be at the Parkchester branch of the NY Public library facilitating a listening and discussion event about The Weeksville Project, their historical fiction piece about Brooklyn's free Black community.

All are welcome, February 28th 2024, 530-630pm!

We remember our brother and thank him for everything he has given to our arts community, to Bondfire Radio, to us all as a friend, and as a man.

You know what's so f****** funny. I cut my hair and it's growing back. TK started growing her locks again.

This photo is from back when we were broadcasting from Caribbean Flatbush! It was a snowstorm wet and crazy out there and so many people came to the event to celebrate. I can only imagine what it would have been like if the weather was nice. There's one thing I know You really got something good going on if people come out and inclement weather.

We still haven't fully processed setting the sun 🔆 on 📻 yet. A decade is quite a bit of time. Gradually we'll dig into archives and begin to share with all interested so much content that's likely new to you. Of course we still have merch so if you don't have a momento feel free to grab something. Contemplating releasing some new items as well.

We'd like to know though, what's going on with you all in this new year. What cool s**t are you planning? What are you working on? Let's us know in the comments.

It's a new year, but the message is still true and to commemorate ten years of public radio these shirts are still available for purchase.

It's interesting setting the sun, still tying up business matters. Closing accounts and such. Resolving and ending bill payments.

Site will continue to be up and gradually we'll make a decade worth of archives available including all sorts of content. Of course it's not free to do.

Happy New Year and Hood Morning to you!

As many of you know, we celebrated our final LIVE broadcast after 10 years of broadcasting from Brooklyn New York.

With much gratitude we thank all who were in the building so to speak, listening on air from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m..

We thank all the people who were physically present in the space as well as those who had whose hearts and thoughts were on us on the day.

Big shout to each and every broadcaster and guest we had the pleasure of inviting to our radio home throughout the years.

As we move into our next incarnation walk in a new year with affirmation of holistic wealth and wellness to all within range of our vibration of love for community that we will continue to serve wholeheartedly.
