T Ching

T Ching’s mission is to nurture a community of tea lovers by providing a forum for the exchange of information, thoughts, and experiences. Enter TEA.

This is an opportunity to publish your thoughts and research about tea and teatime. Before founding T Ching in 2005, Michelle Rabin and Sandy Bushberg spent over 25 years in the health care field, promoting positive change in the lives of their patients by encouraging them to improve their diets, take supplements, exercise, and meditate. However, these recommendations frequently fell on deaf ears.

Tea and Buddhism; Tea as a Spiritual Practice Spreads Tea to Many Countries 27/02/2023

The flavor of Zen and the flavor of tea is the same.- A Japanese proverb Siddhartha Gautama, The Buddha Buddha was a contemporary of Pythagoras, Zoroaster, and Confucius. He lived in India in the 500s BCE. After his death, his teachings continued to spread, and in subsequent centuries followed, the Silk Route to China.
