The reason why I train with Simon. I started to do Simons class gt30 a year ago. I realised how passionate and enthusiasm about his you tran . I explained I have a complex heart condition called long term qt syndrome. . I started to train with Simon in this helped me to over come my fears of things I thought I could never do. Face your head on and proves you can do it . My heart condition had started to worsen . Me being me I don't let it get it the way . I had a big charity event in July with the company I work with in store on exercise bikes do London to Brighton bike ride . I was the 1st person to do it and did 3 times . I could not have done this before I had Simon training me he encountered me . I had a cardiac arrest 2 times in 4 days still trained the way I did but feel not to good . I had hospital check up . Cut long story short I ended up having a pacemaker in . Training with Simon helped me get fit and saved my life if I had not done pt and I. Probably won't not have been here . Simon has helped me through every step encouraged me through train and have a pacemaker . I have a body to be proud of I could not have done it alone . I Simon help to save my life let him help you . Its worth it .

In the video I'm doing seated single arm curls - hight reps fully extension of the bicep - as you you see trying to develop the peak of the biceps more - time under tension always works better - make sure your eating after every workout you have a 45 minute window to eat before you began muscle wastage you need to refuel the muscle so it will grow
