Maximalism in some instances works for certain brands, industries, and when it comes to graphics such as posters for the music, art industry and more.
However, on the flip side, a lot of other businesses depending on what industry they are and what their brand represents needs a more simple approach.
The principle "less is more" in design refers to the idea that simplicity and minimalism can create a more effective and impactful design ⚡ This concept applies to all aspects of design, from layout and typography to colour and imagery.
