***SOLD*** I need to fund some laser cut parts so I'm selling a used set of my 'VG510' headers. These were run a couple years on my VG wagon and a couple months in the prototype VG620 truck. This set of headers was built about a dozen years ago and I think they have 14 gauge primaries. The head flanges are 3/8" and I'm including new 2-1/2" reducer stubs. This set of headers has some external rust pitting but it's not very deep. The closeup pic shows the pitting. There is also a rub mark where the 620 upper A arm hit before I clearanced it on the RH side. They are painted with VHT ceramic header paint but really should be re-sprayed to stop the rust. These will fit: S12, VG510, VG610, VG620, VG710, VGS30, Z31, M30, and damned near any custom RWD VG swap. Will not clear 4WD motor mount on the left side. For reference, new bare steel headers are $400 plus shipping. This set is $250 shipped in the USA. I won't take less, don't ask. If you want them and can pay with Paypal please comment below.

2015 Maryhill Hillclimb in RB26DETT Nissan S12 200SX 23/09/2015

It's been a long time since I've posted here. My health has been mostly a mix of bad and worse much of this year so it's been really difficult for me to get a lot done. Migraines scrambling my brain make it hard to keep up with PMs and emails and I know people give up and I lose business as a result. I do the best I can, and I am sorry to the people that are frustrated because I cannot get back to them in a timely manner.

As I've said before my life isn't all doom and gloom. Once in a while I actually get to do something fun. This weekend was the most fun I've had in many years and I feel more refreshed and alive than I have in a very long time. I raced my friend Colin's RB26DETT powered Nissan S12 at the NHA Maryhill Hillclimb. This was my very first hill climb and my first time racing 'for real' in more than ten years. I had an absolute blast and right now my outlook is better than it's been in forever. I've decided to try to run most of the NHA's hillclimb series in 2016 with my own S12, I guess I've been bitten by another racing bug!

2015 Maryhill Hillclimb in RB26DETT Nissan S12 200SX This is my final and quickest run at the 2015 NHA Maryhill Hillclimb. I'm driving Colin Masterson's RB26DETT powered Nissan S12 200SX SE in the OSPO class. I...

These haven't even made it on the price list yet and I'm selling them as fast as I can find cores to build them from. Built a real weld fixture today too. :) WD21 VG33 Alternator and Power Steering Brackets: $45/set with $20 core charge. I really need at least a dozen more sets of cores. If anybody has extras I'd be happy to trade or buy them outright. They are stock '87-'95 VG Pathy/HB brackets.

I wanted to let everyone that's been trying to contact me on this page know that I'm starting to dig through a mountain of PMs. I don't usually talk about my health in public but from an outside perspective I probably look like a di****ad for not returning messages so I decided to spill the beans here. I rarely say anything about this on my personal page as I don't want to be one of those doom and gloom posters bringing everyone down.

I suffer from chronic ocular cluster migraine headaches. I'm effectively blind when I have a migraine and they also scramble my thoughts and memories, and that doesn't stop completely for a long time after a headache or cluster is 'gone'. A cluster is like a regular migraine except it doesn't quite go away completely. It keeps coming back. Sometimes I'm down for weeks or more at a time. My worst episode was three months of pure freaking Hell and the longest I've gone without a migraine since 1991 was about six months. It's been about two weeks since my last cluster ended and I'm just now feeling like I can communicate intelligently enough to talk about parts and stuff that I build. In the wake of a migraine I make all sorts of stupid mistakes. This is why I don't have a business phone, at least by using email and PMs I have a record of what I said, and I can read over my replies several times before sending them to make sure they make sense and I'm not telling someone the wrong thing.

If you are one of my personal fb friends and you see me liking lots of pics of kittens, redheads, and racecars but not actually saying much I'm probably in the middle of a migraine cluster, or recovering from one. My personal fb is pretty much full of cool people that do really interesting things. During the bad times reading about them when I'm able to helps me keep from sinking into a bottomless pit of depression. I don't want anyone to think my life is all bad, even in the middle of a migraine cluster I can have a good day or two, hang out with friends, and even take my S12 out to the twisties or the RacePathy out to the woods to get the Hell out of this house. What I can't do is weld or communicate effectively. I'm not posting this because I'm looking for sympathy or anything like that. This is actually quite embarrassing for me and I wish I didn't feel the need to post it. I just want people to try to understand why I seem to be such a recluse that's frustratingly difficult to get a hold of at times.

I've got a lot of the ground work done for a new website that will be a secure online store that does my inventory control and all the 'hard' part of shipping for me. I will put every bit of technical knowledge I have about everything I produce on the site so the answers to most tech questions will be accessible 24/7. This should make it possible for me to build parts and stock the store when I'm able, sell stuff whether I have a migraine or not, and do simple s**t like tape a label on a box and drop it at the Post Office on one of my better days. I may go back to shipping only once a week and have a friend available to help when I'm not able to get through it myself. I stopped listing parts in my eBay Store because I screwed up a bunch of orders, pi**ed people off, and was unable to sort things out on my own. I ended up calling eBay and asking them to just refund anyone's money that asked.

I am truly sorry about the long delays in communication and how long it's taken me to get some of your parts done. I am trying to do my best. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Puny, peaky engines suck. Horsepower looks neat in magazines, torque wins races.

New product! S12 Passenger's Side Solid Steering Rack Mount, $30. These are machined from black Delrin and eliminate ALL lateral movement of the steering rack under turning/cornering loads. I've been getting requests for these for a long time as apparently the guy on one of the forums that made them no longer does. Even if your stock rack mounts are in good condition you will be amazed at how much more direct the steering is with one of these installed. I will be producing matching driver's side mounts but I honestly don't think they'll make much difference once one of these is installed. The stock rubber driver's side mounts are NLA from Nissan, that's why I'll produce solid ones. A T/C Kit and one of these solid mounts are the first two mods I would do to any S12. (I had to raise the price $5, as material is a lot more than expected. Sorry.)

Cutting valve reliefs in VH45DE pistons to make them into VG34E pistons. With stock chambers these are 10.3:1 compression ratio. Three more VG34s will be hitting the street/track soon! :)
