Do you scroll social media and start to feel bad about yourself?

I know I used to feel this way a lot. I would look at the “perfect” lives people posted on social and find myself wanting what they had. Looking at their photos and thinking wow she’s beautiful. No wonder so many people follow her.

But do you see something different about me in this photo?

I know many won’t even read this and just comment cause that’s what’s often happens when you put a picture of yourself all dolled up on social media.

But I literally mean dolled up. These women and girls you follow on social don’t have lives and faces that really look like that.

The corner behind that photo is clean but the rest of the house is a disaster. Or it’s not even their kitchen.

That vacation was a facade. It wasn’t perfect. The family fought. Was tired and not always dolled up.

That beautiful girl. Really doesn’t look that way. She’s used an app or a filter to change herself just enough so you think she’s beautiful.

This has got to stop. I downloaded one of those apps to see. See what people would say about this version of me. That’s not even me. It’s a version of me the world wants.

A skinner face. Bigger eyes. Makeup. Smooth skin. But it’s all a filter.

My real version of me is ➡️ . I love myself enough to love that version of me. And to show up as that woman everyday. I need you to do the same.

Genetics are funny.

I am 6ft tall, my sister is 5’4. My 10 year old is 5’4. My 8 year old is 5ft.

Since I’m the odd ball in my family, literally the tallest person on either immediate side. Even the men 😂 I really didn’t think my girls would be tall. But they’re beautifully giant and I love it.

Auntie not so much 😂

I’m just gonna leave this right here. Our nation has been harming itself, bringing disease upon itself, for decades because of choices being made in the home everyday.

You treat your body like junk you get junk.

Do you even know what’s in your food? What’s in your makeup? What’s in your household cleaners? What you’re injecting in your body? Do you even question it?

If not I suggest you start looking. Start asking questions because there are 💀 chemicals in your home right now. Hurting your kids and stealing your health.

Do you believe it?

What we say to ourselves is often so horrible we’d never say it outloud. The wolrd constantly wants you comparing yourself to others and trying to make you more “beautiful” on the outside in shaming you.

But you need any of it. You don’t need to change a thing. You need to learn who you are and love who you are right now. Just as you are. No matter your size, clothes, skin color or job. Love you for you right now.

You may be asking how. How do I love myself now? Because it’s m easier said than done, and you may have tried it before. I know how hard it can be because I used to be that girl. Who never liked what I saw in the mirror and had absolutely no clue who I was. My identity was connected to sports, my friends and my outward appearance and I was always so mean to myself and sadly didn’t even realize it until I started training my brain to be different.

It’s time for you to be different. It’s time to go against the grain and love yourself exactly how God made you. Lose the clothes, make up, and identity crisis and love you for you.

It all starts by changing the way you think follow these steps:

1. Recognize the thoughts you think about yourself.

2. Stop the negative thoughts in their tracks. Say stop!

3. Replace them with a truth statement. (Scripture is best if you’re a believer)

4. Repeat it everyday, morning and night, to make it a new habit.

5. Use this image, or make another, and save it as your phones Lock Screen.

Do the things and say them even if you don’t believe them. Those lies of who you think you’re supposed to be have been running so long in your head you believe them. But they’re not true. Stop believing the lies.

Today there is demonic attack on colorado. Fires not even the mountains consuming homes by the second. 600 and counting. Destroying city blocks one by one.

Mountain towns powerless as a winter storm approaches. With an estimate of days before power returns.

I sat in prayer and God told me this. He told me I did not cause this storm but it will bring people to their knees. They will have a choice to turn to me or stay in their ways. But we the people. The disciples of Christ have to be the walking feet of Jesus.

What are you waiting for?

When God tells you hard truths and wants you to turn away from sin. Do it.

When He shows you a new path to follow. Go.

When He shows you someone, pray for them.

When His word convicts you. Act.

When you read scripture follow through on how He says to live.

But remember none of this is by your own strength and power. It’s the Holy Spirit inside you that you’re allowing to do the work and set your flesh aside.

But God frees us. God saved us by Grace through our faith. He gave us earthly tools to use until we had the spiritual maturity to take our authority back.

Did you know it is God’s promise to take every disease, all we have to do is believe?

You all have been hearing parts of my miracle story but it’s not just mine. We’ve rooted our children in faith to take their authority in Christ and see miracles happen.

After a session, with our family of four in our living room, watching the Holy Spirit move. She was fully healed. She took claim to the authority in Christ and set herself free! I mean it was a profound moment. Chains broken and I watched a little girl who lived in bo***ge her whole life truly walk free.

She now requires not a single supplement to thrive. Her DNA issues no longer exist. She now is introducing new foods and feeling great. As we let go of the fear we held onto for so long for her health. More miracles happen. More freedom is gained and more foods are introduced.

God’s miracles aren’t just for us. These are promises that come with salvation and belief in Christ. So today we say yes and amen! For glory to God she is healed.

Where God calls us is never somewhere we are comfortable in. But whats on the other side is more freedom, peace and blessings than you could even imagine.

My dads been in the hospital for a week so I’ve been back and forth caring for him which has me missing these faces so much! Since we’re used to spending every waking minute together.

Motherhood is a blessing. You can see it as a hard distraction from the life you wanted or you can dive in and see every blessing it is.

❣️You have the opportunity to speak life into another human.

❣️You have someone who loves you unconditionally even when you mess up parenting

❣️You get to disciple them into knowing truly who God is

❣️You get to cultivate the kind of relationship with them you always wanted

❣️You get to watch them grow into their own person

Parenting can be hard sometimes but your mindset will determine how hard it really is. See them as a blessing and watch your lives flourish. See them as an inconvenience and tell yourself daily how hard and terrible it is, and it will be just that.

These are my miracle girls. I am honored to do life with them everyday. I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Did you know there’s a war going on that you can’t see?

The enemy wants nothing more than to kill, steal and destroy you. Which includes bringing the spirit of infirmity and death and sickness upon you and then making you think that’s God’s will. IT IS NEVER GODS WILL for you to be sick. Only the enemy does that.

Like I said yesterday if your roots aren’t planted in the right place then the enemy is coming for you and you’re unprepared. Cause he’s coming. I matter what.

Your battle ground for the trials or hardship, and sickness, and all Worldly problems is not solved of the flesh.

Yes God uses worldly things in sickness to help you battle but if you don’t take it to the spiritual side the battle will drag on and possibly defeat you for good on this earth.

God has sent me to battle for years for my family but now he’s thrown me in the fire. I said I’m yours Lord send me. I get to stand in the gap for my dad when he can’t. I have broken curses, cast out demons and the veils been lifted from my dads eyes. Now brought him to love and accept Jesus because of God.

There was a curse from someone close to him being sent to destroy him he couldn’t see. But I could. I put on my spiritual armor with the holy spirit and went to fight arm and arm with my brothers and sisters in Christ and stomped that serpents head!!

Some of you may read this and say wow she’s crazy. But let this be your wake up call. There’s a battle waging you can’t see but the army of good is bigger and more powerful. You just have to learn to claim it. You don’t focus on the demons but stand in your Christ given authority.

Did you know God’s word is alive?!?

After great discussion in church last night, where we were discussing priests, the veil being torn and what the new covenant says, we were grateful for Jesus!

Then this morning in my study God leads me perfectly to Hebrews 5. Where it laid out what the qualifications in Old Testament were for a priest and how Jesus fulfilled it all and gave the last bloody sacrifice. Making the Old Testament rules of law no longer law.

Then God led me to many other scriptures that went on to tell us WE are the priest. There is no need for anyone to intercede on our behalf anymore. You were made righteous in Christ’s sacrifice so you can run to God anytime you want. Then we’re given the Holy Spirit to hear God speak back!!🙌🏽

God wants you running to Him all the time! Prayer isn’t about being in church, lighting a candle, praying to a priest or an angel, or being silent and still. Even though to hear God’s voice we often need to be silent and still. You should be in ceaseless prayer. Which means all day everyday.

Just talk to God, ask His forgiveness, tell Him your worries and praise Him all during the day. While you’re driving, doing dishes, taking a shower(this is my fav), or cleaning the house. You should be praying more that worrying. You are pretty good at ceaseless worrying so let’s go for ceaseless prayer instead!!!

Thank you Jesus for being our last and ultimate sacrifice so we don’t need anyone or anything but You to come to God. I couldn’t do life without you!

Divine appointment.

God works everything out for our good and that includes the people He places in our lives. Sometimes we need to be open to meeting new people because God’s called them there.

This weekend I got to spend time with my amazing friend. One who I’ve now only ever met in person four times but we talk literally almost everyday.

When I began my health battle in 2020 a good friend said she knew someone going through something similar and felt she needed to connect us. So I said yes. Because I felt so alone. I didn’t fully understand what was happening and no one around me did either.

This friendship was by divine appointment. God used us to speak life over each other. Not let the doctors reports be our truth. Not let the enemy have us when we felt left alone in the darkness.

Now together we stand fully divinely healed and about to walk out ministries together. God’s given us each our own mission but now almost 2 years later we see why. Besides that one who understood in the deep darkness he will use us to spread truth.

We both have miracle healing stories and our paths will continue to intertwine as we teach His word to the people.

God places angels among us. To lift you when you fall. Surround yourself with them and let them help you rise. Love you sweet God’s got plans for us.
