Fusion 2014 met me great challenges... First of all having to captain a marvelous team of four in place of a great captain Ecliff Elie who sat out this year's event due to injury. A task that I can say had me nervous but made me stronger....

Thank you for supporting me as captain and working together with great chemistry that made us have one of our most successful Fusion thus far. You guys worked hard from training to event day and gave it your all through Tobago's beautiful scenery but harsh sun... We ran and did great our first leg saw us finishing in sixth place and by the end of the day we were fifth overall with a few seconds behind the fourth placed team... Another task we were ready to battle but couldn't due to mishaps on the management of the event and our last chance of placing fourth was cancelled but we were confident and poised that we did a great job.... Thank you to all our supporters who were there physically and those who wished the best for us through Conqueror spirit your well wishes was greatly felt and appreciated... And finally but definitely not least thanks to our Coash Jason Nimblette who guided us, and moulded us to be who we are today in this event... And who we are you ask??? WE ARE CONQUERORS!!!!

Fusion uniform distribution last night, mas bands have nothing on us

Heading to our sister isle Tobago on Friday to participate in Fusion VIII, Conquerors and Conquerors' Epic Trailblazers.

Conqueror Fitness have been participating in Fusion for the past 3yrs with each year moving closer to the top. In 2013 we placed 10th out of 106 teams and now in 2014 we have produced 2 teams our All Star male team and a mixed team comprising of 2 males and 2 females.

Conquerors Epic Trailblazers:- Daniel Hernandez, Renae Sylvester, Gerard Rostant and Belinda Haynes-Gordon
