Consistency is key. ❤️ I have been on a journey to show up and honor my body. This bod has carried me through a lot of life and it was time to give it some attention. I joined a strength training gym nearly 3 years ago now and my 2019 self wouldn’t even believe what I am able to do today. It didn’t happen quickly or easily. It has come by consistently showing up and baby stepping my way here. (and I don’t plan on stopping here! I have goals!) So this is just a little encouragement to you… that every little step you take forward matters. Just keep going. ❤️
