To our dear friends and loyal customers.
It is with great sadness that, after 9 years, we had to close Espresso Library. This closure is sadly permanent.
We will still be around in our store on St Andrew’s Street, for the time being. Pop by to say hello, we would love to see you.
Whether you’ve known Espresso Library from day 1 or just discovered it recently, here are some photos to honour our fantastic 9 years. We would like to thank you for your support over the years, it really meant the world to us.

The café offers an exceptional space accessible to our Cambridge community. A unique collection of shared experiences, passions, conversations and of course fantastic coffees.
Set up by John Gull and Malgo Dzierugo, Espresso Library opened on February 9th 2015. The couple wanted to create a space which reflected their interests and what they are passionate about - John is an eager road cyclist and time trialist, mathematician, chess enthusiast and coffee lover. Malgo is an art historian, yoga teacher and a keen cook with interest in simple, healthy and nutritious food.
