Dear students...i am giving a add on benefit to my current regular batch student(even to previous students on request) for nov 2015..i will be starting crash batch of ipcc law (3.30 to 5.15) and audit (5.30 to 7 pm) from 2morrow...and will be posting what m going to start each day.my regular batch student s can attend it with my permission without any fees and thus chapters which they missed in regular batch or in whom you have less confidence in, they can attend the class and pass with good marks...all the best...

CARO,2015 is applicable for 15 nov exams....

New law of waiver of minimum paid up capital for pvt and public companies are not applicable in nov 15 exams....

results of cpt 15 and ca final will be announced on 16 july 2 pm onwards....

Most imp for AUDIT IPCC...,inherent limitations,independent audit,audit programme,surprise check,internal check, to whom internal audit is compulsory ,examination in depth, cut off procedure , audit risk and components, entire company audit 1 specially fraud reporting and procedure to appoint new auditor in place of retiring auditor, share application audit,eom paragraph , govt expenditure audit,audit of ngo and local bodies, vouching- preliminary expenditure, dividend,sale of invesrments
Company audit 1 and 2... Read properly because many questions will be asked from it this time....specially fraud reporting...
