An integral part of the self healing process is the removal of negative relationships. We all have these and if you claim that you don't, just wait. As you begin your healing journey, the universe allows these stagnant relationships to be brought to the forefront of your daily life. Now you have a choice. Do you get angry, stomp your feet, and insist these people validate your newly found journey of enlightenment? Or, do you see these relationships for what they are- mirrors that show you your innermost insecurities. Maybe it is the insecurity of needing validation, relational co-dependence, or simply the fear of having to be alone... whatever the universe is showing you, these mirrors are there to help us grow.
I encourage us all to not be angry at these manifestations of our inner fears and insecurities; but rather, as strong light beings of the universe, look straight into the mirrors that arise, learn from what you see, love and heal the insecurity that you recognize in yourself, and SMASH that mirror with a hammer.
Now, don't literally smash the negative person with a hammer- I speak figuratively. Once you have examined yourself to see what the universe is teaching you through this person (or people), remove yourself from that person and situation and do not return. End the cycle of negativity and move on, having healed another piece of yourself and add that piece to your ongoing masterpiece that is your journey to oneness.

During this holiday season we can get caught up in doing for everyone else. Today, my challenge to you is- do something for yourself!
Fill your bathtub with water and a handfull of salt. Place as many or as few of these stones as you like in or near the tub.
