It’s wild how many curve balls life can throw at us and how easy it is to fall into comparison traps or to even struggle with how different your life is from what you had imagined.
Do you do daily affirmations? I’ve started reading and even looking in the mirror and really telling myself what I should hear. Filling my mind with the kinds of thoughts I should have and telling the enemy to take a hike. It isn’t easy but gosh does it ever change my attitude first thing in the morning which usually sets the tone for the day.
