The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight plan with Sarah Strange

Dear previous clients, I just thought I’d let you know that I am still an active consultant supporting lots of people on their weight loss journeys. I’m sure you are maintaining well but I want to let you know there’s 2 new exciting ways to get on plan and have me to support you. ( if you want to of course! Lol 😂)

Option one, Direct 2 Dieter….. let me set up an electronic record card for you where you will get a personal code to access an app….. you can then purchase any products ( online shopping) in quantities of 7. These then get delivered to your door for just £5 ( no matter how big or small your order is) and you can then weigh in virtually or nip round and see me each week.

Option two.. order through me… you can order per box ( normally in quantities of 21 ) and collect from me, then weigh in weekly with me or at home. This is a good system but you must be flexible and stock up in advance as I only order fortnightly.

Obviously there’s no pressure at all from me so don’t feel obliged to reply…. But u know how effective being on plan can be…. Just in time for summer.

- I will send you a screenshot of your invoice to confirm.
-make your payment via my bank details, plus £5 delivery ( £5 is the standard delivery charge no matter how many items you order. Head office I charging £7 but I will help by paying £2 each time for you).
- I will then request your order and it will get sent NEXT day to YOUR door!!

Please note I still have a selection of products for you to choose if you want when you come for your face to face weigh in.

Have you tried this delicious Jaffa Cake Dessert hack?! It's on Plan and easy to make 😍

👨‍🍳 What you'll need:

Chocolate & Orange Fusion Bar
Chocolate Flavour Shake
Orange Water Flavouring
Mix-a-Mousse

🥣 Method:

1️⃣ Create the jelly by mixing 1tbsp Orange Water Flavouring and 2 tbsp Mix-a-Mousse into 200ml water. Set both mixtures in the fridge.
2️⃣ Combine Chocolate Flavour Shake and 200ml of water then mix with 2tbsp Mix-a-Mousse. Pour the mixture on top of the jelly and let it set.
3️⃣ Slice up the Chocolate & Orange Fusion Bar into small chunks and sprinkle on top of the dessert.
