Dirty Industries
Dirty Industries is a grassroots RallyCross team that started with a $900 BMW and a dream.
Thanks as always to Tyler Powers for the great photography.
Sunday was another fun day in the mountains with DC RallyCross. The car did okay, only needing a couple of push-starts. And Eric did okay, bringing home second. Nick edged him out by just under 3 seconds on the day and goes into the final with the advantage. Eric will need a win to have chance at the championship, so no pressure.
Neil stayed home this time nursing a bad back, but we've got fingers crossed he doesn't have to miss out on the last party of the season. Think good thoughts for him!
Event 5 was our best of the season, so far. We picked up two podium spots, with Eric in first and Neil bringing home third.
Eric's having a pretty spicy battle for season points with Nick Drymalski, who finished second and only 1.2 seconds back at the end of 12 runs. If you're doing math, that's an average difference of 0.1 seconds per lap. They now have two wins each going into the final two events of the season.
As always, we loved seeing our Rallycross friends. And special thanks to Ben Eley ( on instagram) for getting these great shots. We'll be sure to share his photos of the rest of y'all when he has them ready.
Eric and Tom joined Tarheel Sports Car Club in Yanceyville, NC this morning for some RallyCross fun. Tom's Subaru absolutely crushed it, helping them take 1st and 2nd in class. Eric clearly hasn't forgotten how to race AWD because he also managed fastest overall time of the day. Nice work, guys!
Co-driver says one minute til ATC check in.
Eric is having a blast at Southern Ohio Forest Rally with War Weasel Racing. One short Super Stage for spectators officially in the books and two days of full stages ahead.
Eric’s heading back to SOFR next month, this time to co-drive! He’ll be riding silly seat for Dan Shirley in the War Weasel.
Share your pro-tips and prayers because he’s going to be learning on the job.
We're registered for SOFR 2023!
Joining the War Weasel Racing family in his debut stage rally is Eric Eisele!
Eric is lifelong car guy. He started as an enthusiastic kid with a heavy foot, then later in life got some actual training in road course, off-road and rally driving. He’s done stunt driving on multiple video shoots, and Ioves to drive the camera car. After a few goes in budget racing with the Chump Car series, he committed to SCCA RallyCross competition and never looked back. He’s consistently on the WDCR Region season podium and has a regional championship in MR to his name. You can follow him and his team, Dirty Industries at facebook.com/dirtyindustries.
If you run into a guy with a heavy Southern drawl and a big smile on his face, be sure to welcome him to the stage life!
Trip to the muffler shop in the morning to unfork the pipes that fell off and we ran over at the last event.
We also replaced the giubo and CSB after the transmission fell off the mounts and toasted them.
First time off jack stands in about four months, go us!
When Neil fixes the sh*tty passenger door latch and invites Jackie Chan over to test it.
Happy New Year! We’ve been quiet but we’re at still at it.
