We are limitless beings attempting to live in a matrix with many limits. We can free ourselves of the matrix when we truly understand that we already are what we seek. We can free ourselves when we truly understand that when we ARE the divine love that we crave. This journey is not easy but we are never alone, we are all connected. There will be tools, guides, and healings that happen along the way. Some gifts are given with bows and some with tissues, but all are meant to bring us closer to our divine selves and to our Heightened Happiness. As someone who practices Reiki, the peace that Reiki brings eases these lessons and the shifts we are going through in life. I am grateful everyday for having Reiki in my life, it has not changed me but it has helped me remember who I AM.

There are signs all around us. If you are seeing this then this is your sign! Start that project you have been putting aside, go for that walk, call up that special person, whatever you are waiting on a sign for, now is the time! ❤
This was my first time using streamyard and I have no idea if my video actually went LIVE haha! So I apologize if it didn't go LIVE. The topic was exploring the different types of happiness. I will have to do another one sometimes this week on the same topic.
Happiness Bandaids
Sometimes we think we are on the right path to finding our happiness to find out we have been walking down a different path. When I realized that there are two different types of happiness it gave me a whole new approach to finding my Heightened Happiness.
I believe there are different ways to finding happiness and on different levels. I will start with a level of happiness that is more earthly. For example, when I shop I experience happiness because endorphins are being released in my brain. But this is what I like to call a “happiness bandaid.” It only will bring me happiness for a short period of time. I am not discrediting the importance of covering wounds until we can get the proper care we need. For me, I was always slapping on “happiness bandaids” instead of really taking care of my actual wound. This was dangerous for me and led to unhealthy relationships, overeating, and other undesired habits. What I really needed was to honor my feelings, embrace them, explore them, and allow them to flow through me.
Finding a Heightened Happiness requires the courage to sit in silence and self reflect. It takes the strength to love all aspects of yourself. It takes the endurance to discover your truths.
My whole life I have searched and practiced practical ways that I can make my journey as an empath a smoother ride here on Earth. Living in your Heightened Happiness is not always perfect and it is work, but I am happy to share my journey with you as we learn to truly honor ourselves as sensitive beings.
