My dearest frens on the internets, I’m a very sorry to report that the has been brought out of storage. Also, I was subjected to some sort of strange bath/water torture. All because my tumor leaked a bit of red stuff. It was nothing, I tell you.

5️⃣ Sadly, the time came where my formerly favourite foster human shoved me into a little box.
6️⃣ Abandoned on the shuttle to the airplane. Formerly favourite foster human didn’t even wait to see me off. Something about work and sadness. I look forward to finding my new favourite foster or furever human in WA.

It’s health check day! Bernie is not so sure about this development but he did enjoy riding in the with the fop down. No photos of the car ride because the human is very out of practice with the whole social media thing.

I just hear that I leave tomorrow. I hope I get to ride in style again, like I did on my weekend trip to the doctor’s office.

Oh, I also hear I’m now known as Rhonda the Red. I may have rubbed my ear on the outdoor table. I think it looks much better with the red highlights. And this way, the residents will always remember me.

My devious plan worked! Last night I painted the room 🩸 red, and tonight I am getting couch snuggles. The human calls it a preemptive strike. Seems she didn’t appreciate my decorating skill - exactly as I planned.

Dear peoples of the Internetz,
I have an itchy ear and this is what these horrible humans do to me! Sure, playing ‘catch the green bandage as the girl whirls it around your head’ was fun, but then she just left it there. Why, why would she do this?

If you don’t want to see why, she rubbed her ear tumor raw and now the family room looks like a crime scene. We’re far more worried about her than the house.

One year and five days ago, Miss Mona arrived at the home for quiet senior training wrecks. We honestly didn’t think she’d last the summer, and here we are, celebrating our tiny dog with the monster tumor.

To celebrate, we want to raise money for New Beginnings For Merced County Animals so they can keep paying the big medical bills that have saved so many lives.

Miss UnFluffy Rhonda is having a really hard time settling in.

Meet Rhonda. She’s just here for a week, but I think we can make her a star in that time.

Also, we seem to be the home where huge tumors go to hang out. Her ears! They’re giving Mona’s butt-tumor a run for its money. Oh boy.

It’s been a long, exhausting day. My boy is missing and I kept watch all day. I do hope he returns soon; he’s my favourite human in the whole world.

New Beginnings For Merced County Animals

Tomorrow at PetSmart South we will have Miss Dixie available for adoption! She is a playful and loving Chihuahua mix! She is about 1 year old and has spent many months in foster care while her leg healed! She is crate trained and very food motivated and loves toys! Come out to meet her from 12-4!
