Starting a healthy lifestyle can be difficult, and the thought of getting out of your comfort zone might terrify you.
However, what is the alternative? If you are thinking that you want to lose weight or be healthier, doesn't that mean that your "comfort zone" isn't actually that comfortable?
And you don't have to jump fully out of the comfort zone either - just push a little bit into it, and you'll realise that you will get used to it much quicker than you think.
So get comfortable being a little bit uncomfortable...just for a little while...and before you know it, the healthy lifestyle will be your normal life!
